[00:00:55.280 --> 00:00:57.280] I noticed that other people found challenging.
[00:00:57.280 --> 00:01:00.640] So my first trademark in my first business was the Productivity Queen.
[00:01:00.640 --> 00:01:07.520] And actually my original company was called Grow Coaching Solutions and it was an acronym for growing real opportunities for women.
[00:01:07.520 --> 00:01:14.400] So I didn't know what I was going to end up doing, but I knew that I wanted to see women thrive.
[00:01:18.560 --> 00:01:28.160] This is a very special episode for me and the Entrepreneursa podcast because believe it or not, this is the very first in-person recording that we've done since 2020.
[00:01:28.160 --> 00:01:30.720] And let me tell you, I have definitely missed it.

[00:01:55.520 --> 00:02:15.400] Leanne went from a corporate career to building an online business, and now she is teaching entrepreneurs how to replicate her success using her specific messaging strategies, freedom funnels, and showing you how you can build a business that doesn't require you to show up live using her tool, Leanne AI.
[00:02:15.400 --> 00:02:23.800] She's going to help you save so much time and make lots of money so you can build a business that isn't dependent on you showing up on Instagram 24/7.
[00:02:23.800 --> 00:02:31.960] I can tell you firsthand after personally working with Leanne for the past few months and what she has created is the definition of business magic.
[00:02:31.960 --> 00:02:37.960] And what she's going to share with you right now just may change how you think about the future of your business.
[00:02:37.960 --> 00:02:43.000] Get ready to hear Leanne's story and her biggest business secrets.
[00:02:43.320 --> 00:02:46.760] This is the Entrepreneursa Podcast presented by Social Fly.
[00:02:46.760 --> 00:02:57.480] It's the best business meeting you'll ever have with must-hear real-life looks at how leading women in business are getting it done and what it takes to build and grow a successful company.
[00:02:57.480 --> 00:03:03.240] It's beyond the Graham with no filters, no limits, and plenty of surprises.
[00:03:03.880 --> 00:03:07.720] Leanne, I am so excited to finally be recording this episode with you.
[00:03:07.720 --> 00:03:10.120] And we have to fill everyone in right now on a few things.
[00:03:10.120 --> 00:03:16.760] One, this is our first like real in-life entrepreneur recording since 2020.
[00:03:17.160 --> 00:03:18.360] So we're back.
[00:03:18.360 --> 00:03:18.840] We're back.
[00:03:18.840 --> 00:03:21.160] We're officially, we just need Courtney here, but next time.
[00:03:21.160 --> 00:03:22.120] But it's so fun.
[00:03:22.120 --> 00:03:27.400] I love the opportunity for us to like actually converse in person versus being over Zoom.
[00:03:27.400 --> 00:03:30.440] There's something so different and so nice about doing it.
[00:03:30.440 --> 00:03:32.200] So I'm privileged to be the first.
[00:03:32.200 --> 00:03:32.920] Yes, you were the first.
[00:03:33.160 --> 00:03:34.360] First of many to come.
[00:03:34.360 --> 00:03:35.080] Absolutely.
[00:03:35.080 --> 00:03:48.400] Well, I also want to fill everyone in on how we actually met and know each other because, like, in such a small world, I was thinking back today, like, we initially connected either on Instagram or like on Facebook Messenger a couple years ago.
[00:03:48.400 --> 00:03:49.200] That's crazy.
[00:03:44.840 --> 00:03:51.680] And then realized that our kids were in the same class.
[00:03:51.840 --> 00:03:52.480] Yeah, no school.
[00:03:53.360 --> 00:03:57.760] Not even at the same school, like in the same class at the same school.
[00:03:57.760 --> 00:03:59.600] So, such a small world.
[00:03:59.600 --> 00:04:02.560] And here we are now and actually working together.
[00:04:02.560 --> 00:04:16.720] And I am so honored that we actually get to be a client of yours and have just seen the magic and the ability that you have to transform businesses to help create the most magnetic messaging.
[00:04:16.720 --> 00:04:20.560] And I can't wait to share all of your goodness with all of our entrepreneurs.
[00:04:20.560 --> 00:04:26.160] But we have to like take this back just a bit now because your business did not happen overnight.
[00:04:26.160 --> 00:04:27.520] There's a whole backstory there.
[00:04:27.520 --> 00:04:32.960] And I want everyone to like know Leanne and how Leanne actually came to be.
[00:04:32.960 --> 00:04:36.080] What was your career journey before building Rich Queen?
[00:04:36.080 --> 00:04:45.440] Yeah, and I think it's such an interesting one because I think when it comes to the entrepreneur space of how people know me now, they think that my success has been so fast.
[00:04:45.440 --> 00:04:53.200] And whilst there is truth to that to some extent, like speed is definitely my love language and collapsing time around things is my love language.
[00:04:53.200 --> 00:05:00.400] There's a reality behind the fact that I spent 11 years scaling huge retail businesses to nine and 10 figures.
[00:05:00.400 --> 00:05:00.960] Wow.
[00:05:00.960 --> 00:05:12.080] So straight out of college, I took on big leadership roles in operations, in purchasing, in a lot of different big roles across different big retail companies.
[00:05:12.080 --> 00:05:16.720] And everything I really learned about scaling, I learned from that.
[00:05:17.040 --> 00:05:23.040] So there was an 11-year period before even starting the business where I really learned so much.
[00:05:23.040 --> 00:05:25.360] And I did marketing at university.
[00:05:25.360 --> 00:05:30.920] So my background has always been marketing, branding, and then in operations, purchasing.
[00:05:29.840 --> 00:05:33.800] And I worked very closely with the marketing and branding teams.
[00:05:34.120 --> 00:05:38.440] And I've always had a big love for that side of things and a big love for people.
[00:05:38.440 --> 00:05:41.560] And ultimately, I tell everyone, but leadership is about messaging.
[00:05:41.880 --> 00:05:48.280] Everything you do in your business is about messaging, including leadership of your teams, including the way you communicate with your customers.
[00:05:48.280 --> 00:06:00.600] So when I started my business, it was actually born from having achieved such big success and climbing the corporate ladder and believing I wanted to be a CEO of a big corporate business.
[00:06:00.600 --> 00:06:06.680] I was so hell-bent on there, were so few women in the CEO suites and in the VP suites.
[00:06:06.680 --> 00:06:10.360] I was like, watch me do it faster, which absolutely happened.
[00:06:10.360 --> 00:06:14.600] But as I scaled up the ladder, I also scaled up my working hours.
[00:06:14.600 --> 00:06:18.680] So I was earning great money and yet I didn't feel free.
[00:06:18.680 --> 00:06:27.720] And especially when I had Bo, which is he just turned seven, I went back to corporate and I was like, how do I do this?
[00:06:27.720 --> 00:06:29.480] Like, this is not sustainable.
[00:06:29.480 --> 00:06:35.720] And so I felt like I was having to pick between being a good mom or having an incredible career.
[00:06:35.720 --> 00:06:43.160] And it suddenly dawned on me that actually I do want to be CEO, like a CEO, but I, but it's of my business.
[00:06:43.160 --> 00:06:44.680] So that's when I started.
[00:06:44.680 --> 00:06:50.360] And I actually had my first in 2019, it was when I really started to play around with the idea of leaving corporate.
[00:06:50.360 --> 00:06:56.360] And in January 2020, I actually had my first live event in my neighborhood clubhouse.
[00:06:56.360 --> 00:07:04.280] And I went door to door knocking on people's doors, selling tickets for $35, trying to convince women to come to my in-person goal setting seminar.
[00:07:04.280 --> 00:07:05.400] Well, that's how you start.
[00:07:05.400 --> 00:07:06.440] Everyone has to start somewhere.
[00:07:06.600 --> 00:07:07.720] Knocking on doors.
[00:07:07.720 --> 00:07:11.080] That's, hey, look, I go back to Molly's in Girl Scouts now.
[00:07:11.080 --> 00:07:11.720] She's a daisy.
[00:07:11.720 --> 00:07:12.680] I'm like, that's how you start.
[00:07:12.680 --> 00:07:13.800] That's how you learn, right?
[00:07:13.800 --> 00:07:18.960] And you get those skills and then you realize, wait, how can we actually make this just a bit more scalable?
[00:07:19.280 --> 00:07:24.960] But going back to actually leaving the corporate world, did you leave your job before you started your business?
[00:07:24.960 --> 00:07:25.440] No.
[00:07:25.440 --> 00:07:28.880] So I actually decided I earned incredible money in corporate.
[00:07:28.880 --> 00:07:32.320] So, and I, you know, was no, my both of my parents are entrepreneurs.
[00:07:32.320 --> 00:07:39.920] I was no stranger to the fact that entrepreneurship absolutely takes investment from a time, energetic, and financial perspective.
[00:07:39.920 --> 00:07:46.560] And it made no real sense to walk away from a corporate job that was going to help me whilst I was growing my business.
[00:07:46.560 --> 00:07:49.200] So I was very comfortable in 2020.
[00:07:49.200 --> 00:07:51.840] I made the decision that I'm going to scale my coaching business.
[00:07:51.840 --> 00:07:54.560] And by the end of the year, I will leave corporate.
[00:07:54.560 --> 00:08:02.240] Now, the company I was working for was a smaller retailer than I had worked for previously in the organic sector.
[00:08:02.240 --> 00:08:05.520] And they actually went bankrupt right before COVID hit.
[00:08:05.520 --> 00:08:05.920] Wow.
[00:08:05.920 --> 00:08:12.960] So I suddenly went from earning $200,000 a year to actually now you've got two weeks and then you're done.
[00:08:12.960 --> 00:08:21.600] And it felt like such a gift on one side because it was like, this is a sign that you should be pouring into starting your own company.
[00:08:21.600 --> 00:08:29.680] But I actually ended up taking on some retail consulting roles and I walked away from corporate finally in October of 2020.
[00:08:29.680 --> 00:08:43.760] And that was when I realized that I was still holding on to this corporate identity and I actually was really starting to cap my growth in my own business because trying to do both as well as motherhood was absolutely not sustainable.
[00:08:43.760 --> 00:08:45.840] And it also, there was fear there.
[00:08:45.840 --> 00:08:52.720] I had been in corporate for 11 years, and starting from scratch your own company is humbling.
[00:08:52.720 --> 00:08:53.200] Yes.
[00:08:53.200 --> 00:09:04.040] Knocking on doors for $35 when you're, I'm a VP and I'm used to like being in these high leadership roles and suddenly I'm trying to convince people to listen to me was a humbling experience.
[00:09:04.040 --> 00:09:10.280] So when I finally did walk away from corporate, it actually was from a place of I felt like I was dying.
[00:09:10.840 --> 00:09:13.080] And I felt like my soul was dying.
[00:09:13.080 --> 00:09:13.960] I was exhausted.
[00:09:13.960 --> 00:09:15.400] I was traveling all the time.
[00:09:15.400 --> 00:09:19.640] I was constantly on FaceTime to Bo rather than in person with him being a parent.
[00:09:19.640 --> 00:09:24.840] And it got to the point where I physically rang the consulting job I was working for and was like, I will not get on another plane.
[00:09:24.840 --> 00:09:26.600] I was getting on six flights a week.
[00:09:26.600 --> 00:09:27.560] I was away.
[00:09:27.560 --> 00:09:29.640] I was deeply unhappy.
[00:09:29.640 --> 00:09:31.880] And my soul was getting louder and louder.
[00:09:31.880 --> 00:09:34.920] Like, this is not, like, at some point, you're going to have to make the leap.
[00:09:34.920 --> 00:09:37.880] So I didn't just instantly start the company and walk away.
[00:09:37.880 --> 00:09:42.360] I spent my time really investing the money I was earning back into starting the company.
[00:09:42.360 --> 00:09:48.920] But there came a point where I did have to choose and I had to really choose to go all in on myself or I was going to stay in the same cycle forever.
[00:09:48.920 --> 00:09:53.480] No, I think it's so important that you share that because I know so many women can just relate to that feeling.
[00:09:53.480 --> 00:09:56.760] I remember like with Molly having to go back to our offices.
[00:09:56.920 --> 00:09:59.080] This is back when we were in New York City at the time.
[00:09:59.080 --> 00:10:02.360] And it was like, it's so, and even though it was our own business, right?
[00:10:02.360 --> 00:10:07.400] Just physically leaving her in the morning to go into my office, like it killed me.
[00:10:07.400 --> 00:10:08.840] Like it's so hard.
[00:10:08.840 --> 00:10:11.640] But, and I was building our own business too.
[00:10:11.640 --> 00:10:27.240] But that separation, when you have a new little baby, like we all understand like, and you have to do what you feel is best for you and is going to make you feel like whole inside and that you're doing everything you can do for yourself, for your life, for your family.
[00:10:27.240 --> 00:10:33.880] So it's amazing that you took that leap because now you're making even more impact, helping so many people, including us as well.
[00:10:33.880 --> 00:10:39.000] And in turn, helping entrepreneurs is helping so many entrepreneurs because we're able to all help each other together.
[00:10:39.000 --> 00:10:39.720] So I love that.
[00:10:39.720 --> 00:10:40.360] Me too.
[00:10:40.360 --> 00:10:44.680] So you are now doing $2 million dollar months in your business.
[00:10:44.680 --> 00:10:46.560] I just want people to understand this.
[00:10:46.560 --> 00:10:52.880] In the past four years, you went from knocking on people's doors, selling $35 tickets to it was a coaching event?
[00:10:52.880 --> 00:10:54.640] Yeah, it was an in-person, and it was the first thing.
[00:10:54.640 --> 00:10:56.480] So I started off as the productivity queen.
[00:10:56.480 --> 00:10:56.800] Okay.
[00:10:56.800 --> 00:10:58.480] Because I didn't know business coaching.
[00:10:58.480 --> 00:11:03.120] I knew business, but in the corporate world, I didn't know I was a business coach.
[00:11:03.120 --> 00:11:04.640] I knew productivity.
[00:11:04.640 --> 00:11:08.560] I knew I could help with goal setting and things that I found easy.
[00:11:08.560 --> 00:11:10.560] I noticed that other people found challenging.
[00:11:10.560 --> 00:11:14.320] So my first trademark and my first business was the productivity queen.
[00:11:14.320 --> 00:11:17.840] And actually, my original company was called Grow Coaching Solutions.
[00:11:17.840 --> 00:11:21.200] And it was an acronym for Growing Real Opportunities for Women.
[00:11:21.200 --> 00:11:31.520] So I didn't know what I was going to end up doing, but I knew that I wanted to see women thrive in motherhood, in business, in their goals, whatever.
[00:11:31.520 --> 00:11:33.440] It was like, don't pause your life.
[00:11:33.440 --> 00:11:36.400] It doesn't, it shouldn't be this either or, either or, either or.
[00:11:36.400 --> 00:11:38.400] I was like, how about we step into and?
[00:11:38.400 --> 00:11:40.640] And so that's what the business was born from.
[00:11:40.640 --> 00:11:50.880] And so when I started, it was actually, that's why I did a goal setting seminar because I had a real specific way of, I had this 90-day sprint method that I used to take my corporate teams through.
[00:11:50.960 --> 00:11:58.000] It was how I really got my teams to achieve more in 90 days than most of the teams did in a year.
[00:11:58.000 --> 00:12:04.640] And so I essentially was like, I'll just teach this to women so they can start achieving the goals that they're constantly putting on pause.
[00:12:04.960 --> 00:12:09.760] And that was the first time where on the day, so one week before, there was one person had bought a ticket.
[00:12:09.840 --> 00:12:11.280] It was one of my friends who just had a baby.
[00:12:11.280 --> 00:12:12.160] So she just like wanted to break it.
[00:12:12.800 --> 00:12:13.680] I love you.
[00:12:13.680 --> 00:12:15.120] Angela, I love you.
[00:12:15.440 --> 00:12:19.840] I know we, that was when I had that moment of, do I cancel it?
[00:12:19.840 --> 00:12:24.480] And Justin, my husband, looked at me and was like, you, do you remember who you are?
[00:12:24.480 --> 00:12:27.360] And he rallied, like, he got all of his friends' wives.
[00:12:27.360 --> 00:12:32.120] He was contacting them, being like, hey, if your wife has something that she wants to achieve this year, she needs to be attending this workshop.
[00:12:32.440 --> 00:12:40.600] I went door-to-door in my neighborhood where I live, like meeting women who, you know, live next door to me or on the same street as me.
[00:12:40.600 --> 00:12:46.920] And it's nerve-wracking to stand at the bottom of someone's driveway and walk up and be like, Hi, I'm Leanne.
[00:12:46.920 --> 00:12:48.280] Do you want to come to my event?
[00:12:48.280 --> 00:12:48.760] But it did.
[00:12:48.760 --> 00:12:56.120] It started as like workshops and 90-day goal setting seminars, and it turned into some of the mindset and productivity things that I taught.
[00:12:56.120 --> 00:13:00.440] And very quickly, when I began working with women, I very quickly got clients.
[00:13:00.440 --> 00:13:02.280] My first full year in business was 2021.
[00:13:02.280 --> 00:13:06.040] I had a half a million dollar year from a very small audience.
[00:13:06.040 --> 00:13:10.760] And so, getting clients and messaging was something that I inherently found very easy.
[00:13:10.760 --> 00:13:17.880] Even though it wasn't obvious to me then that I was messaging was my thing, I knew that people were my thing, and I understood the psychology of people.
[00:13:17.880 --> 00:13:20.760] I'd had to really understand that in corporate for 11 years.
[00:13:20.760 --> 00:13:32.920] So, it turned into the Rich Queen brand that we see now, but it was the productivity queen until the beginning of 2022 was when I actually know the beginning of 2023 was when I rebranded to Rich Queen.
[00:13:33.000 --> 00:13:36.440] So, it's only been just about not even two years since then.
[00:13:36.440 --> 00:13:43.320] So, talk to me about realizing that you needed to really pivot what your business was, what your messaging was back then.
[00:13:43.320 --> 00:13:46.440] How did you make that decision and what happened next?
[00:13:46.440 --> 00:13:50.760] Yeah, it was so 2022 is I had my second son, Lennox.
[00:13:50.760 --> 00:13:58.200] And in 2021, I had it, obviously, had a half a million dollar year, but it was through a live launching system.
[00:13:58.200 --> 00:14:06.920] And every month, I did a live launch and sales calls and all the things that at the time, comparatively to corporate, felt like freedom.
[00:14:06.920 --> 00:14:07.160] Yeah.
[00:14:07.160 --> 00:14:08.760] Like, I can do this from home.
[00:14:08.760 --> 00:14:09.720] I can do a live launch.
[00:14:09.720 --> 00:14:10.840] I can wear what I want.
[00:14:10.840 --> 00:14:13.720] I was used to having to wear like black suits and white shirts.
[00:14:13.720 --> 00:14:16.240] And suddenly I'm like, I can wear like whatever I want to work.
[00:14:16.240 --> 00:14:16.720] This is great.
[00:14:14.680 --> 00:14:17.680] And it felt like freedom.
[00:14:17.680 --> 00:14:20.160] And I was earning more money than I'd earn in corporate.
[00:14:14.840 --> 00:14:20.880] It was incredible.
[00:14:20.960 --> 00:14:22.960] And I was so proud.
[00:14:22.960 --> 00:14:32.960] But over time, and by the time the start of 2022 came around, I was like, this system isn't sustainable with a bait with a newborn.
[00:14:32.960 --> 00:14:44.800] So what I had been doing, I suddenly realized you're not going to be able to do this without sacrifice because if Lennox comes and you try and do what you're doing now, you're going to find yourself in the same situation you were with Bo, but working for yourself.
[00:14:44.800 --> 00:14:49.200] So by the end of 2022, I had my first million dollar year.
[00:14:49.200 --> 00:14:58.240] And it was actually in the lead up to Lennox being born that I had to make the decision of: if I either have to pick, everyone was telling me that your business will still be there when you're ready to go back.
[00:14:58.240 --> 00:15:00.480] Like the money will drop, but it will be fine.
[00:15:00.480 --> 00:15:02.880] You know, just give yourself time, go on maternity leave.
[00:15:02.880 --> 00:15:18.640] And so, again, coming from this place of I don't believe in either or, I believe in and, I got really honest with myself around, well, if you were to, if you were to make this your first million dollar year and you were to make having the baby the reason that that would happen, what would you need to do differently?
[00:15:18.640 --> 00:15:21.440] And that was when I realized that I was keeping myself small.
[00:15:21.440 --> 00:15:25.680] I was keeping myself trapped in a system that was no longer sustainable.
[00:15:25.680 --> 00:15:33.440] And so it was really 2022 and then going into 2023 that I decided like, I've got to find a better way of doing things.
[00:15:33.440 --> 00:15:40.800] So after Lennox was born, I stopped sales calls, I stopped live launches, and I had a million dollar year and I was working less than I was working before.
[00:15:40.800 --> 00:15:42.960] So I was like, okay, this is great.
[00:15:43.280 --> 00:15:48.480] But in 2023, I had a $2.4 million year.
[00:15:48.800 --> 00:15:59.520] But by the time I got to like the Q4, beginning of Q4, I realized that whilst I've not, whilst I'm not doing sales calls and I'm not doing live launches, I am my sales system.
[00:15:59.520 --> 00:16:02.760] Like it's still 100% me.
[00:16:02.760 --> 00:16:09.640] The only difference is now it's Instagram stories and low-ticket paid masterclasses and launching a new program every month.
[00:16:09.640 --> 00:16:11.480] I was like, this is not a scalable business.
[00:16:11.480 --> 00:16:14.680] Like the business was still dependent on me showing up to make money.
[00:16:14.680 --> 00:16:15.480] Showing up live.
[00:16:15.480 --> 00:16:16.440] Showing up live, right?
[00:16:16.440 --> 00:16:18.920] Because you've got, even with Instagram stories, yeah, that's great.
[00:16:18.920 --> 00:16:21.320] I love that we can all make money from our phones.
[00:16:21.320 --> 00:16:25.960] I love that we can post a piece of content and make money, that we can go in our Instagram stories and people buy.
[00:16:26.120 --> 00:16:27.080] Awesome.
[00:16:27.080 --> 00:16:30.280] But your business is still contingent on you showing up in your Instagram story.
[00:16:30.280 --> 00:16:33.000] So what happens if you can't show up for a week?
[00:16:33.000 --> 00:16:34.680] What happens to your sales?
[00:16:34.680 --> 00:16:38.680] And when I started to realize that if I slow down, so does the money.
[00:16:38.840 --> 00:16:40.200] I was like, you're still sacrifice.
[00:16:40.200 --> 00:16:43.720] You're still compromising because there's still, you are reliant.
[00:16:43.720 --> 00:16:48.600] And when I thought about my 11 years in corporate, I was never the reason that we made money.
[00:16:48.600 --> 00:16:50.840] The system was the reason that we made money.
[00:16:50.840 --> 00:16:57.560] And when I looked around at wildly successful businesses, you know, can you imagine if Amazon only made money when Jeff Bezos showed up on Instagram stories?
[00:16:58.120 --> 00:16:59.320] That's not how it works.
[00:16:59.480 --> 00:17:03.160] That's not how, oh, Sarah Blakely would need to go live on Instagram to sell spanks.
[00:17:03.160 --> 00:17:06.200] Like, no, the system needs to work for you.
[00:17:06.200 --> 00:17:10.760] So at the end of 2023 was when I really was like, this is it.
[00:17:11.080 --> 00:17:17.800] I have to, I couldn't find anyone that was doing, had the model that I knew I wanted.
[00:17:17.800 --> 00:17:20.760] I saw the bro marketers and I was like, I don't want that.
[00:17:20.760 --> 00:17:25.000] And then I saw the female entrepreneur space and the world that I was in, right?
[00:17:25.000 --> 00:17:27.320] Because there's different bubbles in the female entrepreneur space.
[00:17:27.320 --> 00:17:30.120] And I was like, no one is modeling what I want.
[00:17:30.120 --> 00:17:32.040] So, I need to build it myself.
[00:17:32.040 --> 00:17:35.400] And so, that's what 2024 became around.
[00:17:35.400 --> 00:17:38.200] And I just flipped everything on its head.
[00:17:38.200 --> 00:17:44.200] I went right the way down to three signature programs rather than a new one every month.
[00:17:44.200 --> 00:17:48.320] I got really anchored into my mastery and into scalability.
[00:17:44.840 --> 00:17:50.400] And I removed myself as the sales system.
[00:17:50.640 --> 00:17:54.880] And we did an $11 million year from an audience of 22,000 people.
[00:17:54.880 --> 00:17:56.000] It's wild, right?
[00:17:56.000 --> 00:18:02.320] So, we need to dig in right now to the back end of your business to understand how this is possible.
[00:18:02.320 --> 00:18:12.080] Because our entrepreneurs who are listening, many of them have online businesses and they are trying to build a scalable, sustainable business that doesn't depend on them showing up live.
[00:18:12.080 --> 00:18:18.320] So, when you said back in 2022, 2023, you stopped the live launches, then you had a million-dollar year.
[00:18:18.320 --> 00:18:19.280] What were you doing?
[00:18:19.280 --> 00:18:23.120] What was happening on the back end of the business that you were actually setting up to make this happen?
[00:18:23.120 --> 00:18:23.520] Yeah.
[00:18:23.520 --> 00:18:29.200] So, the first thing I'll say is: whilst I am known for freedom funnels, which is like automation, right?
[00:18:29.200 --> 00:18:34.480] Having automation to do the sales for you, every single thing that I teach comes back to messaging.
[00:18:34.480 --> 00:18:47.920] So, when I looked at why I was having to do sales calls and live launches, whereas there were other women that seemingly just showed up on social media and made bucket loads of money, when I was to look at their stuff and go, what is the difference between me and you?
[00:18:47.920 --> 00:18:49.600] Because I know I'm talented.
[00:18:49.600 --> 00:18:51.600] I know my work is incredible.
[00:18:51.600 --> 00:18:53.680] I get insane results.
[00:18:53.680 --> 00:18:58.560] The only difference between me and them was their messaging.
[00:18:58.560 --> 00:19:03.600] I was like, they were audacious, like they were showing up, and what they were saying and the way they were saying it.
[00:19:03.600 --> 00:19:09.120] I was like, I'm showing up in this convincing energy, trying to convince you to come to my live launch.
[00:19:09.120 --> 00:19:12.480] And then, in a live launch, trying to convince you to buy my offers.
[00:19:12.480 --> 00:19:15.360] What would I be saying if everybody was buying?
[00:19:15.360 --> 00:19:19.920] How would I be speaking about myself and my work if I was already doing the million dollars?
[00:19:19.920 --> 00:19:22.800] Like, I realized where I was playing from, where I was at.
[00:19:22.800 --> 00:19:32.040] And I know we talk about this all the time, but I really started to look at the intricacies of messaging and understanding what I invested heavily.
[00:19:29.600 --> 00:19:34.760] I had no fear investing in my business than high-ticket stuff.
[00:19:34.840 --> 00:19:36.600] And I was like, what made me buy?
[00:19:36.920 --> 00:19:37.960] What made me buy?
[00:19:37.960 --> 00:19:39.400] What did I care about?
[00:19:39.400 --> 00:19:48.200] And when I really started to work on the messaging, that was when suddenly I, and I had a baby, so I had 30 minutes to do stories.
[00:19:48.200 --> 00:19:50.520] It was like, you don't, you can't overthink this.
[00:19:50.520 --> 00:19:53.800] You've got to be your most intentional strategic.
[00:19:53.800 --> 00:19:59.960] And suddenly the sales started to come in a very different way and in a much more effortless way.
[00:19:59.960 --> 00:20:04.600] I also, ironically, became very detached.
[00:20:04.840 --> 00:20:12.440] I had to quit the monthly income goal when Lennox was born to avoid this pressure feeling of ruining postpartum for myself.
[00:20:12.760 --> 00:20:18.920] If I'm attached to these 30K, 50K months, I'm going to be worried about holding you thinking I should be on Instagram.
[00:20:18.920 --> 00:20:22.520] So when I actually just let go of like, what does it mean about you?
[00:20:22.760 --> 00:20:25.720] Why do you care about a monthly income goal?
[00:20:26.040 --> 00:20:29.720] The money was so much easier because there was no pressure around it.
[00:20:29.720 --> 00:20:31.880] And I just started to have more fun in the business.
[00:20:31.880 --> 00:20:37.000] I stopped taking everything so seriously while simultaneously being more intentional.
[00:20:37.000 --> 00:20:38.440] And that was when things shifted.
[00:20:38.440 --> 00:20:49.960] And then in 2023, I really started to notice when I did certain things, it created much faster and higher conversion.
[00:20:49.960 --> 00:21:06.360] And it was almost counterintuitive because it was rather than doing a free masterclass, do a low-ticket paid masterclass, but also make sure it's what I now call a low-ticket taster of your work so that it gives people a taste, not the whole pie, which is what many of us as women do.
[00:21:06.360 --> 00:21:06.920] We give.
[00:21:07.400 --> 00:21:08.680] We love to give it away.
[00:21:08.680 --> 00:21:09.960] We love to give.
[00:21:09.960 --> 00:21:14.760] And some of that is we were, you know, coming up in the industry, I was told like you can't give enough value.
[00:21:15.360 --> 00:21:19.440] I also came up in an era where people weren't giving very much value.
[00:21:19.440 --> 00:21:22.160] So it was actually powerful to be giving more value.
[00:21:22.160 --> 00:21:30.240] But what I found was, and there's probably many of you listening to this that have experienced this, is that people were like, oh my God, I did your masterclass and I went and got five clients.
[00:21:30.240 --> 00:21:31.520] Or this was amazing.
[00:21:31.520 --> 00:21:32.320] Thank you so much.
[00:21:32.320 --> 00:21:34.080] And you're like, why don't you buy the program?
[00:21:35.440 --> 00:21:38.320] And they're like, because you've just got what they felt like.
[00:21:38.320 --> 00:21:40.640] They left feeling like they had what they needed.
[00:21:40.640 --> 00:21:47.760] And so the low ticket taster is not about not giving people value, but it's about not giving them every single piece.
[00:21:47.760 --> 00:21:51.600] It's about going deep and narrow rather than wide.
[00:21:51.600 --> 00:22:00.000] And so solving very specific micro problems and really focusing on problem awareness and solution awareness.
[00:22:00.000 --> 00:22:12.640] And that was when I began to utilize automation, emails, setting things up where I was thinking about what worked for me on sales calls and the psychology that comes into what makes people buy.
[00:22:12.640 --> 00:22:23.200] If you distill it down, if you think about what's working for you now and you distill down why is it working, nine times out of 10, what happens is women go, I don't want to do sales calls anymore.
[00:22:23.200 --> 00:22:25.280] And they go, everyone goes, just stop doing them.
[00:22:25.520 --> 00:22:33.360] The worst advice ever, because to stop doing them, you need to understand what's working about your sales calls and bring it into a different system.
[00:22:33.360 --> 00:22:36.560] And nine times out of ten, we're handling the objections that people have.
[00:22:36.560 --> 00:22:37.520] We're connecting with them.
[00:22:37.520 --> 00:22:38.880] We're building trust.
[00:22:38.880 --> 00:22:42.160] They feel like they connect to you, that they trust you.
[00:22:42.160 --> 00:22:43.120] They're building trust.
[00:22:43.120 --> 00:22:48.720] So you have to learn how to build more trust in your messaging, in your funnels, like your automations.
[00:22:48.720 --> 00:22:51.040] And it actually is easier to do than people think.
[00:22:51.040 --> 00:22:54.240] Talk to me about some of these tools that you use for automations.
[00:22:54.240 --> 00:22:56.720] And how did you learn the whole online space?
[00:22:56.720 --> 00:22:58.480] Because this was not the world you were in.
[00:22:58.480 --> 00:23:00.840] No, and moreover, I hated tech.
[00:23:00.840 --> 00:23:02.120] So, like, despise.
[00:22:59.840 --> 00:23:07.240] Like, if you would have told me that I would be teaching funnels, I would have laughed in your face.
[00:23:07.480 --> 00:23:11.640] There's people that worked me that would have been like, that's the funniest thing you've ever said.
[00:23:11.640 --> 00:23:25.320] And what was interesting was the areas where I had the biggest resistance, which was the funnels, were the things that when I actually, much like with everything, real estate investing, same thing, seems really complicated.
[00:23:25.320 --> 00:23:30.120] And then you remember that if guys are doing it, we can absolutely be doing it better.
[00:23:30.120 --> 00:23:31.480] Yes, better.
[00:23:31.480 --> 00:23:41.560] And so when I started to really look at, I used Kajabi and I started to think about what I was doing with automation, what I was not seeing people do, what the guys were doing.
[00:23:41.560 --> 00:23:43.640] But I'm like, you're working so goddamn hard.
[00:23:43.640 --> 00:23:44.440] Why is it so hard?
[00:23:44.440 --> 00:23:45.560] Why do you need a sales team?
[00:23:45.560 --> 00:23:47.640] Why do you need 27 steps to your funnel?
[00:23:47.640 --> 00:23:48.840] What if it was really simple?
[00:23:48.840 --> 00:23:54.360] And I honestly just started simple and I then built on top of it and I tweaked this and I tweaked that.
[00:23:54.360 --> 00:23:56.200] And then, and I really got curious.
[00:23:56.200 --> 00:24:02.600] Honestly, asking why something is working or why it's not working is one of the most powerful things that you can do in your business.
[00:24:02.600 --> 00:24:08.360] And it's, it's when you understand why something is working, which isn't always as obvious as you think it's going to be.
[00:24:08.360 --> 00:24:10.840] You have to really get curious around it.
[00:24:10.840 --> 00:24:14.520] You're suddenly able to start seeing where the opportunity is.
[00:24:14.520 --> 00:24:16.840] So quite honestly, I did it scrappy.
[00:24:16.840 --> 00:24:17.800] I did it messy.
[00:24:17.800 --> 00:24:18.920] It was not perfect.
[00:24:18.920 --> 00:24:24.200] It was frustrating because there were certain things where I was like, I know what I want to do, but I don't know how I actually go and do it.
[00:24:24.200 --> 00:24:26.280] But I kept it just very simple.
[00:24:26.600 --> 00:24:29.720] And everything I teach, I make very simple.
[00:24:29.720 --> 00:24:31.160] I don't believe in complicated.
[00:24:31.160 --> 00:24:32.600] That was why I was the productivity queen.
[00:24:32.760 --> 00:24:35.720] I don't, I always see the fastest and best way of doing everything.
[00:24:35.720 --> 00:24:37.800] And funnels was no different.
[00:24:37.800 --> 00:24:42.120] So Kajabi is the platform I use, but it really doesn't matter.
[00:24:42.120 --> 00:24:44.520] The same principles apply.
[00:24:44.520 --> 00:24:48.000] And it doesn't have to be some 20-step, seven-step process.
[00:24:48.000 --> 00:24:56.240] But when you think about a funnel, the problem that most people have is, and especially with the women that I work with, is they have all of this incredible stuff.
[00:24:56.560 --> 00:25:01.760] And what they do is do a masterclass or something at top of funnel, whether it be, you know, a funnel looks like that, right?
[00:25:01.760 --> 00:25:03.600] And your top of funnel is wider for a reason.
[00:25:03.600 --> 00:25:05.760] So you should be having more fun at your top of funnel.
[00:25:05.760 --> 00:25:07.680] But if you put-I love that, more fun at the top of funnel funnel funnel funnel.
[00:25:07.760 --> 00:25:08.960] More fun at the top of funnel, right?
[00:25:08.960 --> 00:25:10.720] Because, and then less is more here.
[00:25:10.720 --> 00:25:14.320] Mastery, mastery, become really known for something.
[00:25:14.320 --> 00:25:19.760] And when I did that, that was a big part of the success because I stopped focusing on just because I can doesn't mean I should.
[00:25:19.760 --> 00:25:20.880] I was teaching on money.
[00:25:20.880 --> 00:25:21.680] I was teaching on sales.
[00:25:21.680 --> 00:25:22.880] I was teaching on this, this, this, this.
[00:25:22.880 --> 00:25:26.320] And when I actually drilled down what my genius was, it was, it was really messaging.
[00:25:26.320 --> 00:25:31.600] And so I really started by just owning messaging and going all in on that.
[00:25:31.600 --> 00:25:36.800] And then I added, obviously, freedom funnels came next because by that, at the beginning of doing this, I wasn't teaching it.
[00:25:36.800 --> 00:25:40.080] I hadn't, until I've mastered something, I'm not teaching anything to anyone.
[00:25:40.080 --> 00:25:48.960] So when I mastered it and realized I was pretty freaking good at it, even ads, I can still to this day not tell you how to set up an ad, but I can tell you everything about how ad strategy works.
[00:25:48.960 --> 00:25:51.920] And it's the way that my brain works.
[00:25:51.920 --> 00:25:56.080] And some of that was difficult because I had to reverse and I had to think about like, how do I teach that to someone?
[00:25:56.080 --> 00:25:57.520] But it actually is very simple.
[00:25:57.520 --> 00:26:06.480] And this, when you understand messaging and sales psychology, like that, they're the two things that are at the basis of every sale in your business.
[00:26:06.480 --> 00:26:16.720] Up next, Leanne shares her biggest business secrets to her success when it comes to messaging and sales and how you can implement these strategies right now.

[00:27:31.400 --> 00:27:32.760] I'll see you there.
[00:27:42.600 --> 00:27:46.360] So what is the secret to success with messaging in your business?
[00:27:46.920 --> 00:27:48.520] I mean, this is a big one.
[00:27:48.520 --> 00:27:54.440] But quite honestly, the secret to success is understanding these two things.
[00:27:54.760 --> 00:27:55.960] Well, three things.
[00:27:55.960 --> 00:27:57.320] Your million-dollar client.
[00:27:57.320 --> 00:28:03.080] And when I say million-dollar client, sometimes that women get in their own way because they think I mean like a woman that has a million dollars.
[00:28:03.080 --> 00:28:05.160] No, that's what I thought at first when we were talking about this.
[00:28:05.160 --> 00:28:15.000] And I do it deliberately, honestly, deliberately, because to give the context, because I rarely ever, if any of you look at my messaging, I don't talk about how much money you're earning.
[00:28:15.680 --> 00:28:17.680] I talk about the fact that you're earning money.
[00:28:17.680 --> 00:28:20.640] You're earning money because to me, my million-dollar client is monetizing.
[00:28:20.640 --> 00:28:24.720] I'm not the coach that you hire when you want to figure out what your genius is and all of these things.
[00:28:24.720 --> 00:28:30.960] I am the woman that helps the women that are doing the goddamn most turn it into more powerful without them.
[00:28:30.960 --> 00:28:33.200] Like, let's replace you as a sales system.
[00:28:33.200 --> 00:28:35.600] I never am like, you're at 50K months, you're at 30K months.
[00:28:35.600 --> 00:28:42.480] Like, how much you're earning is not as relevant as what your highest value problems are.
[00:28:42.480 --> 00:28:49.120] So, nine times out of 10, my million-dollar client, the women that get the best results of my work are like you.
[00:28:49.120 --> 00:28:52.320] They are incredible at what they do.
[00:28:52.320 --> 00:29:00.320] And effectively, what's outside your messaging doesn't match how incredible you are inside your world and the stuff that you do for your clients.
[00:29:00.320 --> 00:29:07.280] And my gift is showing you how to make that match so that you are disruptive and you get in front of the people you want to work with.
[00:29:07.280 --> 00:29:26.320] Now, for me, I had to let go of anyone that in my mind, and when I was talking in my messaging, anyone that was not the million-dollar client and become very hyper-aware of, for example, if you're using things like, This is why you're not getting the result that you want, like, this is why you're not getting this, this is why you're stuck, this is why you're not getting any of the thing that they want.
[00:29:26.320 --> 00:29:29.600] You are talking to somebody that is stuck, that is getting no results.
[00:29:29.600 --> 00:29:36.080] Whereas I talk about messaging to somebody that is already good, like you, Entrepreneur was good without me.
[00:29:36.080 --> 00:29:40.960] My job is like, how do we go from good to great, great to illogical, illogical to delusional?
[00:29:40.960 --> 00:29:46.160] It's not taking someone that is experienced, that's in lack, that's going, oh my God, I'm getting no clients.
[00:29:46.160 --> 00:29:47.520] This is why you're getting no clients.
[00:29:47.520 --> 00:29:48.560] Guess who you're speaking to?
[00:29:48.560 --> 00:29:50.240] Someone that's getting no clients.
[00:29:50.240 --> 00:29:51.200] They're not going to work with you.
[00:29:51.440 --> 00:29:53.360] Or if they do, they're going to do it from a plate.
[00:29:53.360 --> 00:29:54.040] They're going to have objection.
[00:29:54.280 --> 00:29:55.840] Desperation, desperation.
[00:29:55.840 --> 00:29:57.600] How quickly will I get a result?
[00:29:57.600 --> 00:29:58.960] And I really started to notice.
[00:29:58.960 --> 00:30:05.080] So, if you know who you're a million-dollar client is, that often is the people that are the most fun and light as a feather to work with.
[00:30:05.400 --> 00:30:13.480] So, the people that you've worked with or that are in your world that have got the best results from your work, that do the work and that are fun to work with.
[00:30:13.480 --> 00:30:15.960] They feel light as a feather versus the people that feel heavy.
[00:30:15.960 --> 00:30:17.400] That's your million-dollar client.
[00:30:17.400 --> 00:30:22.040] Now, the second piece of that is you have to know what their highest value problems are.
[00:30:22.040 --> 00:30:24.040] We're told that people buy the result.
[00:30:24.040 --> 00:30:24.520] They don't.
[00:30:24.520 --> 00:30:26.840] People in lack and scarcity buy results.
[00:30:26.840 --> 00:30:30.760] They want a result in the next five minutes, lose 50 pounds in the next five days, right?
[00:30:30.760 --> 00:30:32.680] They want a fast result.
[00:30:33.000 --> 00:30:41.320] Premium clients that are doing the work that are in it invest from a place of not expecting three seconds and everything's everything's done.
[00:30:41.320 --> 00:30:43.800] The people that are like in it and they're like, I'm so excited.
[00:30:43.800 --> 00:30:46.760] And they do the things that you tell them to do.
[00:30:46.760 --> 00:30:48.600] They are not looking for the result.
[00:30:48.600 --> 00:30:51.400] They're looking for, can you solve my highest value problems?
[00:30:51.400 --> 00:30:55.400] Do you know what I'm actually struggling with the most?
[00:30:55.400 --> 00:30:58.920] And they're looking for the micro solutions that solve them.
[00:30:58.920 --> 00:31:11.160] So, million-dollar client, their highest-value problems, and then your unique specific insights, your unique ways of solving them, which trips up women everywhere because they go, Well, I don't think I have anything that's unique.
[00:31:11.400 --> 00:31:14.520] You do, but you're too close to your magic to know that.
[00:31:14.520 --> 00:31:18.520] Because what's easy and simple for you is not for them.
[00:31:18.520 --> 00:31:20.280] It's not for the people that you help.
[00:31:20.280 --> 00:31:25.000] And moreover, you may think that everyone in the online space is selling the same thing and does it the same way.
[00:31:25.000 --> 00:31:25.960] They don't.
[00:31:25.960 --> 00:31:30.920] And if you ask yourself, what drives me nuts about this topic in my industry?
[00:31:30.920 --> 00:31:37.960] You'll often find the things that you believe in that are different, that you do and teach that are different to the commonly taught way of doing things.
[00:31:37.960 --> 00:31:58.640] So, when you understand those three things and you message only to that person, only to their highest value problems, and only to the way you solve them with your unique specific insight, aka not just regurgitating everything that everyone else is saying, but actually going micro in your content, you will instantly start attracting a different type of person who will instantly convert the minute they find you.
[00:31:58.640 --> 00:32:07.520] I love how you figured all this out and tested it yourself, and now are teaching what you've already solved for yourself to everyone else.
[00:32:07.520 --> 00:32:09.200] How do you work with your clients now?
[00:32:09.200 --> 00:32:11.200] Can you share with everyone what your process is?
[00:32:11.200 --> 00:32:16.080] Yeah, so my main ways that I work with people are: obviously, I have my low-ticket tasters.
[00:32:16.080 --> 00:32:20.320] So, I have my secret podcast as my free top of funnel, and then everything else is a low-ticket taster.
[00:32:20.320 --> 00:32:24.640] So, small micro low-ticket offers that then convert people into all my other spaces.
[00:32:24.640 --> 00:32:29.120] My main signature program is She Makes Bank, which is all of my messaging.
[00:32:29.120 --> 00:32:32.720] It's the top messaging program in the online space.
[00:32:32.720 --> 00:32:35.440] It's so insanely powerful.
[00:32:35.440 --> 00:32:39.440] The results that that program has gotten people are life-altering.
[00:32:39.440 --> 00:32:43.280] And when you take that program, everything else is easier.
[00:32:43.280 --> 00:32:53.360] So, my seven-figure offer flow is really how to just create low-ticket tasters and how to even think about what do you extract from your work and what do you teach at top of funnel to make sure that people convert.
[00:32:53.360 --> 00:33:00.000] So, I have a signature way of teaching, making sure that your offers are all for the same person, not for people at different parts of their journey.
[00:33:00.000 --> 00:33:06.480] Because then, what happens is you end up calling in people at top of funnel that are new that you don't actually want to work with in your other spaces.
[00:33:06.480 --> 00:33:07.520] So interesting.
[00:33:07.520 --> 00:33:10.480] So, seven-figure offer flow, and then now freedom funnels.
[00:33:10.480 --> 00:33:13.120] And that is where all of the funnel pieces come in.
[00:33:13.120 --> 00:33:17.360] So, they're the three signature programs, and then I have the inner circle, which is all of them plus access to me.
[00:33:17.360 --> 00:33:24.800] And then, obviously, I do some high-level client work that feels fun and light as a feather, like working with people I really, really want to work with.
[00:33:24.800 --> 00:33:33.480] And often it's women like you and Entrepreneur where it's an established brand looking for scalability, but better, right?
[00:33:29.680 --> 00:33:36.360] More impact and but light as a feather, no compromise.
[00:33:36.600 --> 00:33:37.640] Yes, no, I love that.
[00:33:37.640 --> 00:33:42.600] Okay, so if you had to start your business over today, what would you do differently?
[00:33:42.600 --> 00:33:43.640] That's a great question.
[00:33:43.640 --> 00:33:51.320] It's so difficult because your instinct is, I want to say, like, I wouldn't do anything differently because I wouldn't, how can you get here if you didn't go there?
[00:33:51.320 --> 00:33:56.040] That being said, I would have started ads earlier.
[00:33:56.360 --> 00:34:01.400] So I ironically started ads in the very beginning of my business when I didn't really know who I was talking to.
[00:34:01.400 --> 00:34:02.840] And I set a lot of money on fire.
[00:34:02.840 --> 00:34:05.080] So I had a bit of ads PTSD.
[00:34:05.400 --> 00:34:09.640] A lot of people do because it's very easy if you don't know what you're doing on social and you're ready to go.
[00:34:10.280 --> 00:34:11.880] You can set fire to a lot of money.
[00:34:12.760 --> 00:34:22.440] Ad agencies are not cheap and you can really, yeah, it cannot be the best decision if you're not, if you don't, if you're not clear on the three things I just described, you don't want to run ads.
[00:34:22.440 --> 00:34:25.000] So I wish I would have started running ads earlier.
[00:34:25.000 --> 00:34:34.840] And my husband, you know, ironically, my husband told me the two biggest shifts in my business, Justin, was on me for six months before about running ads because my messaging was working like gangbusters.
[00:34:34.840 --> 00:34:38.280] I mean, I was doing like 2.4 million from 10,000 followers, right?
[00:34:38.440 --> 00:34:39.640] Just organically on Instagram.
[00:34:40.520 --> 00:34:42.760] Full organic, not one dime on ads.
[00:34:42.840 --> 00:34:47.960] Did you ever think like what happens if Instagram just goes away and you've built your business there?
[00:34:47.960 --> 00:34:51.160] Yeah, I mean, yes, but also you're like, you're so in it, right?
[00:34:51.160 --> 00:34:53.320] That you're like, well, it's going to be, it's going to be fine.
[00:34:53.320 --> 00:34:54.680] I have not built an email list.
[00:34:54.680 --> 00:35:05.240] I have not, you know, and it was, it was honestly when I did that year that I was like, the stakes are higher because you suddenly are like, if Instagram goes away, so does everything that I built.
[00:35:05.200 --> 00:35:09.480] Um, so the, I think I would have started running ads slightly earlier.
[00:35:09.440 --> 00:35:17.920] Um, and I think I would have paid more attention to the business model that I actually wanted.
[00:35:18.240 --> 00:35:23.840] Like, I wish I would have not just looked at what other people were doing and decided that that's what freedom was.
[00:35:23.840 --> 00:35:26.800] Because what freedom is to one person is not the same as other people.
[00:35:26.800 --> 00:35:31.760] So, I'm not dissing anyone that decides that Instagram stories and doing live lord chairs or whatever.
[00:35:31.760 --> 00:35:35.920] If that's your idea, if that's your concept of freedom, that's your definition of freedom, and you love doing that.
[00:35:35.920 --> 00:35:37.280] I'm all for it, right?
[00:35:37.280 --> 00:35:38.720] Like, do you?
[00:35:38.720 --> 00:35:48.000] But I wish I would have paid more attention to my own desires and my own definition of like, well, what is the business that I want?
[00:35:48.240 --> 00:35:51.680] And not just looked at what everybody else was doing.
[00:35:51.680 --> 00:36:01.920] I think if I would have slowed down and got a bit more quiet, I probably would have found myself earlier realizing that I was the sales system, realizing there was probably a better way of doing things.
[00:36:01.920 --> 00:36:08.240] But honestly, there's not really a lot I would change because it led me to exactly where if you change one thing, you change everything.
[00:36:08.240 --> 00:36:09.520] So, how do you, how do you know?
[00:36:09.520 --> 00:36:10.080] It's so hard.
[00:36:10.080 --> 00:36:10.960] I feel the same way.
[00:36:10.960 --> 00:36:15.440] It's like, you know, one thing always leads to the next, and you don't know what you don't know.
[00:36:15.440 --> 00:36:24.080] But it's helpful to hear just looking back because for other entrepreneurs who are just starting or a couple years into business right now, just hearing that you said, like, invest in ads.
[00:36:24.080 --> 00:36:24.880] I mean, I agree too.
[00:36:24.880 --> 00:36:32.480] If you're if you know your messaging, like if your messaging is working now organically, invest in ads because it will help, it just will help you be more visible.
[00:36:32.480 --> 00:36:34.000] You will have to, you will work less.
[00:36:34.000 --> 00:36:38.720] Yeah, let the ads, let the systems do the make your magic and make it amplify it.
[00:36:38.720 --> 00:36:39.680] That's what ads do.
[00:36:39.680 --> 00:36:49.680] But work with you on the messaging, and I can attest to that because you have uh you have uh the the messaging genius system that has been so incredible just to see like how your brain works.
[00:36:49.680 --> 00:36:52.440] And now you've cloned yourself with AI.
[00:36:52.440 --> 00:36:53.200] Coming up.
[00:36:53.200 --> 00:37:03.720] You'll hear how Leanne went from being resistant to AI to building her own Leanne AI, a tool that allows founders to use her messaging frameworks and strategies at scale.
[00:37:04.040 --> 00:37:09.240] Plus, she's sharing how you can get exclusive access through Entrepreneur.

[00:38:29.960 --> 00:38:32.040] I cannot wait to meet you.
[00:38:33.000 --> 00:38:34.120] So let's talk about that.
[00:38:34.120 --> 00:38:35.880] Let's talk about Leanne AI.
[00:38:35.880 --> 00:38:44.520] So we've been talking a lot on the podcast about AI and how all of these tools are just incredible from ChatGPT to Claude, perplexity, like it's just unreal.
[00:38:44.560 --> 00:38:49.040] I'm like, how did we actually like run businesses before the past two years?
[00:38:49.200 --> 00:38:53.040] But what's crazy about that is I was so anti-AI.
[00:38:53.040 --> 00:38:58.240] So as someone that loves messaging, chat GPT made me want to die.
[00:38:58.240 --> 00:39:01.120] I would see people's content and be like, make it stop.
[00:39:01.120 --> 00:39:10.320] And even my husband, he would send me stuff that he'd use ChatGPT and he was someone that was training it, was really invested in like, he's much better at naturally at tech than me.
[00:39:10.320 --> 00:39:12.480] And I was very much like, I'm not, I don't need help with messaging.
[00:39:12.480 --> 00:39:14.000] So there's no way I'm using that.
[00:39:14.000 --> 00:39:19.920] Now, again, Justin was like, you should, you should use AI and train it to be like you.
[00:39:19.920 --> 00:39:21.120] And then it would be able to help you.
[00:39:23.360 --> 00:39:25.440] Scaling amplifies everything.
[00:39:25.440 --> 00:39:32.320] So last year in 2024, it was incredible because suddenly I was doing a million dollar months.
[00:39:32.320 --> 00:39:34.880] I went from doing a 500K month in January.
[00:39:34.880 --> 00:39:36.480] By April, I was doing a million dollar months.
[00:39:36.480 --> 00:39:38.160] I turned on ads in February.
[00:39:38.160 --> 00:39:42.000] Things very, you know, I went from a $2.4 million year to an $11 million year.
[00:39:42.000 --> 00:39:43.680] Like that is a big jump.
[00:39:43.680 --> 00:39:44.400] It's very big.
[00:39:44.400 --> 00:39:45.680] A very big, a very big job.
[00:39:45.840 --> 00:39:47.120] And especially in the online space.
[00:39:47.120 --> 00:39:47.520] Correct.
[00:39:47.520 --> 00:39:52.400] With no sales team, with a very small team and a very, like a very lean business.
[00:39:52.400 --> 00:39:54.160] Profitability is my love language.
[00:39:54.160 --> 00:39:54.720] No, that's a whole lot.
[00:39:54.800 --> 00:39:55.360] It should be everyone that's.
[00:39:55.440 --> 00:39:57.600] That's a whole other podcast episode.
[00:39:57.600 --> 00:40:04.080] But the AI, I was so resistant because it's not something that I really utilized.
[00:40:04.080 --> 00:40:10.800] And actually, it was the decision to clone myself and build the She Mix Bank Leon AI bar.
[00:40:10.800 --> 00:40:23.600] And now we're about to drop the Freedom Funnels one was from a place of I got to a point where everyone wanted to plug into me like chat GBT that everyone couldn't get enough of me.
[00:40:23.600 --> 00:40:26.720] And I suddenly started to feel really depleted.
[00:40:26.720 --> 00:40:35.480] I suddenly started to feel capped on scalability because I would get on calls and people, I could feel how much everyone wanted me, but not just me, like my genius.
[00:40:29.840 --> 00:40:36.920] They wanted my brain.
[00:40:37.240 --> 00:40:38.920] And there's one of me.
[00:40:38.920 --> 00:40:41.400] And there were now thousands of women.
[00:40:41.400 --> 00:40:47.400] And then I suddenly started doing these workshops and I would be doing workshops for like four and a half hours because I wanted to help everybody.
[00:40:47.400 --> 00:40:56.040] And it suddenly became really apparent that this is not, this is, I've built a scalable business model and now it's no longer scalable because I'm the ceiling.
[00:40:56.040 --> 00:40:57.400] My brain is the ceiling.
[00:40:57.400 --> 00:41:01.080] And so I actually made the decision to do Leannai from a place of necessity.
[00:41:01.080 --> 00:41:03.800] Like I was like, it's that or you're going to burn out.
[00:41:03.800 --> 00:41:14.200] Like I could feel myself getting almost resentful, feeling like people would, I said to someone I was working with like energetically, I feel like I'm a computer and people just want to keep plugging their USBs in.
[00:41:14.200 --> 00:41:15.720] And it's making me feel resentful.
[00:41:15.720 --> 00:41:17.880] Like no one cares about me, the human.
[00:41:17.880 --> 00:41:19.640] They just care about what they can get.
[00:41:19.960 --> 00:41:23.640] And again, that was because I was really going above and beyond for my humans.
[00:41:23.640 --> 00:41:25.800] I care deeply about the women that I work with.
[00:41:25.800 --> 00:41:36.760] And the minute I got access to Leon AI, I mean, I knew that it was going to be good because I was really intentional about the way that we created it and making sure I hired someone that really understood like what this needed to be.
[00:41:36.760 --> 00:41:40.280] And it had to be as pure as possible around what I teach and my frameworks.
[00:41:40.280 --> 00:41:48.920] But the minute I started playing around with it, I was like, oh my gosh, like this is like better than me because she's faster.
[00:41:49.480 --> 00:41:51.320] And she made me better.
[00:41:51.320 --> 00:41:52.920] She made my messaging better.
[00:41:52.920 --> 00:41:53.960] And it was fun.
[00:41:53.960 --> 00:41:55.400] It was so fun.
[00:41:55.560 --> 00:41:58.520] The minute I rolled it out to my clients, I'm not kidding.
[00:41:58.520 --> 00:42:06.040] The Leon AI has been the best and most gratifying thing that I've ever launched.
[00:42:06.040 --> 00:42:23.760] Even above and beyond She Makes Bank, which is my like my baby from a messaging program perspective, because there are thousands of women now using it who are the messages, like people from day one start using it and are like, I literally cannot believe how this has mirrored exactly what my genius is.
[00:42:23.760 --> 00:42:28.240] And it's unlike any other tool out there around messaging.
[00:42:28.240 --> 00:42:31.440] And the bigness of it is something that's still very much in its infancy.
[00:42:31.440 --> 00:42:41.360] Like I know Lean AI is going to be a big chapter of my next chapter, which is very unexpected because I bought it from a place of support and wanting to support the clients that are in my world.
[00:42:41.360 --> 00:42:46.640] I've now realized, and even the industry leaders that have been using it are like, how do I give this to my clients?
[00:42:46.640 --> 00:42:48.000] How do I put this in my communities?
[00:42:48.000 --> 00:42:51.200] Like big people that have big established brands.
[00:42:51.520 --> 00:42:55.840] But it's also interesting because it's actually really helping people that aren't even in the coaching space.
[00:42:55.840 --> 00:43:03.040] So people have purchased Leannai that are like, I'm in the motorcycle industry and it just helped me get published in this thing.
[00:43:03.040 --> 00:43:07.040] And like clients who are like, I'm a lash artist and I've been using it for my social media.
[00:43:07.040 --> 00:43:11.120] Like normally people that I don't normally help have been actually using it and it's working.
[00:43:11.120 --> 00:43:12.000] It's like trans.
[00:43:12.000 --> 00:43:14.080] And she's, she's bilingual.
[00:43:14.320 --> 00:43:20.960] And now my clients are like talking in there if they're, I have a lot of European clients and they're now being like, no, she writes content.
[00:43:20.960 --> 00:43:24.960] And I didn't even know this until my clients were like, yeah, she, no, she speaks Dutch.
[00:43:24.960 --> 00:43:26.240] Like, oh, she speaks Spanish.
[00:43:26.240 --> 00:43:26.960] I'm like, huh?
[00:43:26.960 --> 00:43:29.040] And we realized she's, of course, it's AI.
[00:43:29.040 --> 00:43:30.320] She's bilingual.
[00:43:30.320 --> 00:43:32.960] So she's better than me because she speaks every language.
[00:43:32.960 --> 00:43:33.280] Wow.
[00:43:33.280 --> 00:43:34.240] And she's faster.
[00:43:34.240 --> 00:43:38.000] And I know we have several entrepreneurs in our community that are using this right now, like Berkeley.
[00:43:38.000 --> 00:43:39.680] And she's texting me like, this thing is so good.
[00:43:39.680 --> 00:43:40.240] This is amazing.
[00:43:40.400 --> 00:43:41.200] You have to get it.
[00:43:41.200 --> 00:43:42.960] When Berkeley started, started using it.
[00:43:42.960 --> 00:43:44.080] She was texting me every day.
[00:43:44.080 --> 00:43:45.200] Like, I love you.
[00:43:46.160 --> 00:43:46.880] She's like, I love you.
[00:43:46.880 --> 00:43:48.960] And I'm going to tell you every single day for the rest of my life.
[00:43:48.960 --> 00:43:52.000] Like, best Christmas gift of all time because I gave it to her early.
[00:43:52.160 --> 00:43:55.040] She was one of my one-on-one clients and my business attorney.
[00:43:55.040 --> 00:43:59.440] But she, the, the feedback is, it's like food for the soul.
[00:43:59.440 --> 00:44:03.080] And I think you know, it's like, listen, two million dollar months, a million dollar months is great.
[00:43:59.920 --> 00:44:06.200] The money is amazing, but it's empty without that.
[00:44:06.520 --> 00:44:11.480] It's like those knowing that I'm not just helping women now make immediately make more money.
[00:44:11.480 --> 00:44:12.680] Like, funnels are now converting.
[00:44:12.680 --> 00:44:16.760] Women messaging me going, I have never made a dime from email marketing.
[00:44:16.760 --> 00:44:19.720] And the sequence I sent had sold out my program.
[00:44:19.720 --> 00:44:20.840] Like, what is life?
[00:44:20.840 --> 00:44:22.680] Like, what is this sorcery?
[00:44:22.680 --> 00:44:33.640] And it's so that the time that it's taking, the time of how quick it is to create funnels in minutes, funnels that take women months and months and months to build now taking an hour.
[00:44:33.640 --> 00:44:40.200] Messaging that people are able to get rid of massive expense in their business that's crippling them.
[00:44:40.200 --> 00:44:44.760] There's nothing wrong with social media agencies, and there's nothing wrong with hiring people writing your content.
[00:44:44.760 --> 00:44:53.160] But where it's crippling you and you're paying your profitability is this because you're having to hire all these people, Leanne AI now takes the cost out of that for you.
[00:44:53.160 --> 00:44:58.200] And it's so amazing seeing it work from a messaging and a conversion standpoint, but also from the time.
[00:44:58.200 --> 00:45:01.160] Like I've had women be like, I just wrote a month's worth of content.
[00:45:01.160 --> 00:45:04.040] I'm going to be able to go on vacation and actually not have to worry about showing up on social media.
[00:45:04.200 --> 00:45:05.800] Like you have changed my life.
[00:45:06.120 --> 00:45:08.760] That is why I started my company.
[00:45:08.760 --> 00:45:11.080] And that's better than any $2 million month.
[00:45:11.080 --> 00:45:12.600] No, it's the best ever.
[00:45:12.600 --> 00:45:17.320] Just being able to help women build businesses, make more money, have freedom.
[00:45:17.320 --> 00:45:18.520] Yeah, support each other.
[00:45:18.520 --> 00:45:22.440] And when we're all making more money, we can invest in more women-owned businesses.
[00:45:22.440 --> 00:45:28.360] And the domino effect, like you're getting your work in the hands of more and more, in the eyes and ears and hands of more people that need it.
[00:45:28.360 --> 00:45:30.600] Like women literally are world changers.
[00:45:30.600 --> 00:45:32.280] We are world changers.
[00:45:32.280 --> 00:45:44.200] And the biggest stopping block for women is messaging because we play small and we don't speak about, if we were to speak about ourselves the way that our clients do or the people that experience our work.
[00:45:44.200 --> 00:45:46.400] You know, I even think about how that used to make me uncomfortable.
[00:45:46.400 --> 00:45:48.960] And when people would be like, you've changed my life, and you'd be like, ah, yeah, thanks, da-da-da-da.
[00:45:44.920 --> 00:45:49.680] And you're like, ah.
[00:45:50.000 --> 00:45:54.720] But if you actually talk in your messaging, like the way I talk about myself, I believe it.
[00:45:54.720 --> 00:45:56.240] It's not just nice things I say.
[00:45:56.240 --> 00:45:58.720] That's from somebody that had cripplingly low self-worth.
[00:45:58.720 --> 00:46:01.680] I would never have spoken about myself the way that I do now.
[00:46:01.680 --> 00:46:06.000] And messaging changed my life, like online, because I had to step into this.
[00:46:06.320 --> 00:46:08.960] You can't play small and get big results.
[00:46:09.280 --> 00:46:09.600] Right?
[00:46:09.600 --> 00:46:11.600] It's like, that's not, that's not what we're here to do.
[00:46:11.840 --> 00:46:13.600] You're here to change the world.
[00:46:13.600 --> 00:46:20.800] So you can't do that and be shrinking and making everyone else play big, but you're playing small.
[00:46:20.800 --> 00:46:22.640] Like that, that's not going to fly.
[00:46:22.640 --> 00:46:32.400] And that's my favorite thing about Leanne AI is she's capturing women's voices and she's giving them their voice back, but in a way that they're like, I've never had this reflected to me like this before.
[00:46:32.400 --> 00:46:36.560] And the way she's reflecting it, they're like, it's so, so accurate.
[00:46:36.560 --> 00:46:42.880] And it's like, I would never be able to describe, talk about myself like that, but now I can because she's given me the words.
[00:46:42.880 --> 00:46:44.000] No, it's incredible.
[00:46:44.000 --> 00:46:51.600] So when you decided you were going to build this AI tool, how did you figure out like who you should hire and work with?
[00:46:51.600 --> 00:46:56.080] And were there any like problems or challenges as you were navigating building this?
[00:46:56.080 --> 00:47:02.800] In typical Leanne fashion, when I decide I'm going to do something, I'm going to find the best way of doing it.
[00:47:02.800 --> 00:47:06.480] I'm going to, the right people are going to come into my path.
[00:47:06.480 --> 00:47:21.680] So, and I think we all know what this feels like, but when you decide, like when I decided that having Lennox was going to be the reason that I had a million dollar year and not the reason that it wouldn't be, there's something about the decision that suddenly puts the right people in your path and you become aware of them.
[00:47:21.680 --> 00:47:29.280] And I met someone who I never, I never reach out to anyone on social media.
[00:47:29.520 --> 00:47:30.280] I don't, right?
[00:47:30.280 --> 00:47:30.920] This is the truth.
[00:47:30.920 --> 00:47:32.520] I do not reach out to anyone.
[00:47:29.680 --> 00:47:37.080] And there was someone who was in my DMs and I'd seen her content and I just, she had such a good vibe.
[00:47:37.320 --> 00:47:40.520] And she had reached out to me about, like, hey, I'm thinking about like, maybe I want to hire you.
[00:47:40.520 --> 00:47:42.120] And I was like, you know, I never do this.
[00:47:42.120 --> 00:47:43.800] And I did this with you because I know you.
[00:47:44.280 --> 00:47:47.560] I got on a Zoom with her and was like, let's just, let's just get on a Zoom.
[00:47:47.560 --> 00:47:52.920] And we had a conversation, and her background was in Meta AI.
[00:47:53.240 --> 00:47:58.520] And I was telling her about, we became fast friends and we were FaceTiming.
[00:47:58.520 --> 00:48:04.680] And Justin will tell you, he came home and was like, the fact that you were FaceTiming her, I knew you must have really liked her because that's like not like you at all.
[00:48:04.680 --> 00:48:08.840] And we just got, she was a breath of fresh air and a great human being.
[00:48:08.840 --> 00:48:12.760] And she had built bots for her communities.
[00:48:12.760 --> 00:48:14.760] And so she was like, well, I can help you do that.
[00:48:14.760 --> 00:48:16.040] I know somebody that can help you do that.
[00:48:16.040 --> 00:48:22.520] And she's phenomenal because I've worked with her and she's got, and I know she must have been great because she worked, she'd worked at Meta AI and she'd worked in meta.
[00:48:23.160 --> 00:48:25.480] And so I just, the right people were put in front of me.
[00:48:25.480 --> 00:48:26.520] And then I had to trust.
[00:48:26.520 --> 00:48:28.120] Like, that's been a huge thing.
[00:48:28.120 --> 00:48:31.640] And I think, again, we struggle with this where we want to do everything ourselves.
[00:48:31.640 --> 00:48:33.080] I couldn't do this myself.
[00:48:33.080 --> 00:48:35.720] I had to trust if I give you my work.
[00:48:35.720 --> 00:48:36.920] And that was, that's the difference.
[00:48:36.920 --> 00:48:41.560] When it comes to AI, the AI bot will only be as powerful as what you give it.
[00:48:41.880 --> 00:48:52.440] So of course, it makes sense that Leanne AI is built from my signature programs that are phenomenal and 12 months of coaching women on messaging and funnels.
[00:48:52.440 --> 00:48:54.200] So I know it works because it doesn't just work for me.
[00:48:54.200 --> 00:48:54.440] It works.
[00:48:54.440 --> 00:48:56.120] It's worked for thousands of women.
[00:48:56.120 --> 00:49:03.400] And so the input of the bot and the creation of it was actually easier than I even, I had no idea how you do that.
[00:49:03.400 --> 00:49:04.960] But the right people were put in front of me.
[00:49:04.960 --> 00:49:12.040] And I followed my intuitive nudge of like, you should reach out, you should message her and be like, let's get on a call, which led to her introducing me.
[00:49:12.040 --> 00:49:16.960] It just, every, it, you just, when you follow your intuition, the right people are always put in front of you.
[00:49:16.960 --> 00:49:18.160] How long did it take to build?
[00:49:18.160 --> 00:49:18.800] A month.
[00:49:18.800 --> 00:49:19.840] It's amazing.
[00:49:19.840 --> 00:49:22.720] And then how long from the time it was built to when you launched in beta?
[00:49:22.720 --> 00:49:26.480] So, what was cool is I used it behind the scenes first to optimize my own funnels.
[00:49:26.480 --> 00:49:27.040] Okay.
[00:49:27.040 --> 00:49:31.600] And it was the first, I had a 500K week when I used her.
[00:49:31.920 --> 00:49:32.960] I used her.
[00:49:33.280 --> 00:49:37.360] And what was interesting about that, that was on the back of like really feeling burnt out by my business.
[00:49:37.360 --> 00:49:43.840] That was on the back of feeling, like I was saying before, very frustrated, disconnected, a little bit like, I don't know if I want to do this anymore.
[00:49:43.840 --> 00:49:45.120] Like I do and I and I don't.
[00:49:45.680 --> 00:49:47.760] I can't keep being this person for everyone.
[00:49:47.760 --> 00:49:49.360] I felt very anxious.
[00:49:49.360 --> 00:49:50.560] It's so much pressure, right?
[00:49:50.560 --> 00:49:51.040] So much pressure.
[00:49:51.280 --> 00:49:52.320] Thousands of people relying on you.
[00:49:52.960 --> 00:49:57.440] Listen, it's very difficult to go online or in your communities and be like, I am having a really tough time.
[00:49:57.440 --> 00:49:58.720] It's like you're doing a million dollars a month.
[00:49:58.720 --> 00:49:59.840] What do you have to complain about?
[00:49:59.840 --> 00:50:00.240] Stop.
[00:50:00.240 --> 00:50:01.760] So then hire more support.
[00:50:02.720 --> 00:50:05.360] But I was really struggling.
[00:50:05.360 --> 00:50:07.360] And so it was on the back of that.
[00:50:07.360 --> 00:50:12.000] And I'd posted five times in October because I was having a really tough time.
[00:50:12.000 --> 00:50:13.360] Now, thank God I had my systems.
[00:50:13.360 --> 00:50:16.400] I did 750K in October and I posted five times.
[00:50:16.400 --> 00:50:25.520] So I know my funnels work, but I didn't show up because I'm someone that I can't show up and give a narrative about freedom when I internally feel like I'm dying.
[00:50:25.520 --> 00:50:26.880] Like I don't feel free internally.
[00:50:26.880 --> 00:50:28.640] I can't show up and talk to you about freedom.
[00:50:28.640 --> 00:50:31.920] If I'm not walking my talk, you will not find me showing up and talking about it.
[00:50:31.920 --> 00:50:32.800] And I took a pause.
[00:50:32.800 --> 00:50:34.240] I took a breath.
[00:50:34.720 --> 00:50:38.000] I hired the people I needed to hire to figure these things out.
[00:50:38.000 --> 00:50:47.920] And when I used Leannai in November to redo my funnels and to create a funnel and I used her for every part of it, I had a 500K week.
[00:50:47.920 --> 00:50:49.040] It's crazy.
[00:50:49.040 --> 00:50:51.760] Then I had a $2 million month.
[00:50:51.760 --> 00:50:53.200] Like I hit a 500K week.
[00:50:53.200 --> 00:50:55.360] I was like, that's great, but I might not sustain it.
[00:50:55.360 --> 00:50:56.400] And I'm fine if I don't.
[00:50:56.400 --> 00:50:58.320] And it was like 500K, 547.
[00:50:58.800 --> 00:50:59.440] And it held.
[00:50:59.440 --> 00:51:01.160] And I started using her for everything.
[00:51:01.160 --> 00:51:04.760] I optimized my funnels and I have high conversion.
[00:51:04.760 --> 00:51:07.080] And my conversion immediately increased.
[00:51:07.080 --> 00:51:11.720] So you're using her for your email marketing, your social, Instagram stories.
[00:51:11.720 --> 00:51:12.680] It's so fun.
[00:51:12.680 --> 00:51:19.240] Like she gives me, because I just brain, I riff my like, like this is what I think and this is how I feel.
[00:51:19.240 --> 00:51:22.120] Some of my highest performing content recently is Leon.
[00:51:22.120 --> 00:51:24.040] Again, it's me riffing to her.
[00:51:24.040 --> 00:51
Prompt 2: Key Takeaways
Now please extract the key takeaways from the transcript content I provided.
Extract the most important key takeaways from this part of the conversation. Use a single sentence statement (the key takeaway) rather than milquetoast descriptions like "the hosts discuss...".
Limit the key takeaways to a maximum of 3. The key takeaways should be insightful and knowledge-additive.
IMPORTANT: Return ONLY valid JSON, no explanations or markdown. Ensure:
- All strings are properly quoted and escaped
- No trailing commas
- All braces and brackets are balanced
Format: {"key_takeaways": ["takeaway 1", "takeaway 2"]}
Prompt 3: Segments
Now identify 2-4 distinct topical segments from this part of the conversation.
For each segment, identify:
- Descriptive title (3-6 words)
- START timestamp when this topic begins (HH:MM:SS format)
- Double check that the timestamp is accurate - a timestamp will NEVER be greater than the total length of the audio
- Most important Key takeaway from that segment. Key takeaway must be specific and knowledge-additive.
- Brief summary of the discussion
IMPORTANT: The timestamp should mark when the topic/segment STARTS, not a range. Look for topic transitions and conversation shifts.
Return ONLY valid JSON. Ensure all strings are properly quoted, no trailing commas:
{
"segments": [
{
"segment_title": "Topic Discussion",
"timestamp": "01:15:30",
"key_takeaway": "main point from this segment",
"segment_summary": "brief description of what was discussed"
}
]
}
Timestamp format: HH:MM:SS (e.g., 00:05:30, 01:22:45) marking the START of each segment.
Prompt 4: Media Mentions
Now scan the transcript content I provided for ACTUAL mentions of specific media titles:
Find explicit mentions of:
- Books (with specific titles)
- Movies (with specific titles)
- TV Shows (with specific titles)
- Music/Songs (with specific titles)
DO NOT include:
- Websites, URLs, or web services
- Other podcasts or podcast names
IMPORTANT:
- Only include items explicitly mentioned by name. Do not invent titles.
- Valid categories are: "Book", "Movie", "TV Show", "Music"
- Include the exact phrase where each item was mentioned
- Find the nearest proximate timestamp where it appears in the conversation
- THE TIMESTAMP OF THE MEDIA MENTION IS IMPORTANT - DO NOT INVENT TIMESTAMPS AND DO NOT MISATTRIBUTE TIMESTAMPS
- Double check that the timestamp is accurate - a timestamp will NEVER be greater than the total length of the audio
- Timestamps are given as ranges, e.g. 01:13:42.520 --> 01:13:46.720. Use the EARLIER of the 2 timestamps in the range.
Return ONLY valid JSON. Ensure all strings are properly quoted and escaped, no trailing commas:
{
"media_mentions": [
{
"title": "Exact Title as Mentioned",
"category": "Book",
"author_artist": "N/A",
"context": "Brief context of why it was mentioned",
"context_phrase": "The exact sentence or phrase where it was mentioned",
"timestamp": "estimated time like 01:15:30"
}
]
}
If no media is mentioned, return: {"media_mentions": []}

Transcript section:
:50:13.360 --> 00:50:16.400] I did 750K in October and I posted five times.
[00:50:16.400 --> 00:50:25.520] So I know my funnels work, but I didn't show up because I'm someone that I can't show up and give a narrative about freedom when I internally feel like I'm dying.
[00:50:25.520 --> 00:50:26.880] Like I don't feel free internally.
[00:50:26.880 --> 00:50:28.640] I can't show up and talk to you about freedom.
[00:50:28.640 --> 00:50:31.920] If I'm not walking my talk, you will not find me showing up and talking about it.
[00:50:31.920 --> 00:50:32.800] And I took a pause.
[00:50:32.800 --> 00:50:34.240] I took a breath.
[00:50:47.920 --> 00:50:49.040] It's crazy.
[00:50:49.040 --> 00:50:51.760] Then I had a $2 million month.
[00:50:51.760 --> 00:50:53.200] Like I hit a 500K week.
[00:50:53.200 --> 00:50:55.360] I was like, that's great, but I might not sustain it.
[00:50:55.360 --> 00:50:56.400] And I'm fine if I don't.
[00:50:56.400 --> 00:50:58.320] And it was like 500K, 547.
[00:50:58.800 --> 00:50:59.440] And it held.
[00:50:59.440 --> 00:51:01.160] And I started using her for everything.
[00:51:01.160 --> 00:51:04.760] I optimized my funnels and I have high conversion.
[00:51:04.760 --> 00:51:07.080] And my conversion immediately increased.
[00:51:07.080 --> 00:51:11.720] So you're using her for your email marketing, your social, Instagram stories.
[00:51:11.720 --> 00:51:12.680] It's so fun.
[00:51:12.680 --> 00:51:19.240] Like she gives me, because I just brain, I riff my like, like this is what I think and this is how I feel.
[00:51:19.240 --> 00:51:22.120] Some of my highest performing content recently is Leon.
[00:51:22.120 --> 00:51:24.040] Again, it's me riffing to her.
[00:51:24.040 --> 00:51:29.160] So you're going to say like, I was on the Entrepreneurship Podcast today and this is what happened, but I want to turn this into a way to sell.
[00:51:29.400 --> 00:51:30.120] This is what we talked about.
[00:51:30.120 --> 00:51:30.920] Like, da-da-da-da-da.
[00:51:31.000 --> 00:51:33.160] Like, what do you, like, what would you reflect back to me around that?
[00:51:33.160 --> 00:51:34.760] What would be a great post from this?
[00:51:34.760 --> 00:51:39.080] And it's, it's so amazing because you're able to, I'm using her.
[00:51:39.080 --> 00:51:40.680] It's not just something I created to sell.
[00:51:40.680 --> 00:51:43.640] I'm like, she is the reason I'm doing $2 million months.
[00:51:43.640 --> 00:51:46.280] And I'm working less than I've ever worked.
[00:51:46.280 --> 00:51:50.840] So as someone that was, you know, last year, yes, created a freedom-based business model.
[00:51:50.840 --> 00:51:54.520] The calls I were doing that were four hours became an hour and 45 minutes.
[00:51:54.520 --> 00:51:58.440] Like my programs are selling faster.
[00:51:58.440 --> 00:52:03.720] The conversion is higher, but the results are faster for the people coming inside because they have Lean AI.
[00:52:03.720 --> 00:52:11.080] So she has given me reflections of like, I'm like, I put some of my top performing email sequences in Leon AI.
[00:52:11.080 --> 00:52:13.880] And what she kicked out, I was like, oh my God, this is, this is better.
[00:52:13.880 --> 00:52:15.560] Like, this is, she's better.
[00:52:15.880 --> 00:52:19.720] And I was flabbergasted because I would have told you there's no one that can write better than me.
[00:52:19.720 --> 00:52:27.080] And I'm like, she's the only person that can do it, that can write, take my riff and turn it into, I'm like, I could not have said that better myself.
[00:52:27.080 --> 00:52:31.880] So everyone listening to this right now is probably like, how can I get Leannai and start using this in my business?
[00:52:31.880 --> 00:52:37.640] So, would you say, because you mentioned like a motorcycle company and other companies, you're like any company can be using this and training it for your business.
[00:52:38.040 --> 00:52:42.120] There is a one-month option, and it will be the best investment you ever make.
[00:52:42.120 --> 00:52:48.160] Because whatever industry you're in, I'm telling you, we have thousands of women now inside it from every niche that there is.
[00:52:48.480 --> 00:52:57.760] People have been published, like they have got clients, their email, there is funnels, but there's a new one, a new that currently there's the she makes bank one, which is just messaging.
[00:52:57.760 --> 00:53:03.760] I created one for just freedom funnels, so now she can literally build the way I teach funnels, she can build it for you in minutes.
[00:53:03.760 --> 00:53:06.880] Like, you tell her all of the pieces, she can tell you a funnel strategy.
[00:53:06.880 --> 00:53:12.400] If you tell her, This is my signature offer, what should I do from a funnel strategy for a low-ticket taster to bring people in?
[00:53:12.400 --> 00:53:17.760] She can build the entire thing for you that would take you months to do by yourself or hire a really expensive team to do it for you.
[00:53:17.760 --> 00:53:26.320] For entrepreneurs listening who have not built a funnel in their business before, they've just created their business, it might be a service-based business, or they have a product, they've never created a funnel.
[00:53:26.320 --> 00:53:29.040] What does that actually look like on the back end for someone just starting?
[00:53:29.040 --> 00:53:30.400] And it's super simple, right?
[00:53:30.400 --> 00:53:35.440] So, a funnel, effectively, the way that I teach it is not some 27-step process.
[00:53:35.440 --> 00:53:38.560] You need either an opt-in, you need something for top of funnels.
[00:53:38.560 --> 00:53:43.200] So, either an opt-in page at the top, so if you're doing something for free, you're obviously going to be an opt-in page.
[00:53:43.200 --> 00:53:46.160] If it's a low-ticket paid, I would just say a checkout page.
[00:53:46.160 --> 00:53:53.600] So, for me, checkout pages perform far more highly, especially with ads, for an under $50 offer.
[00:53:53.920 --> 00:53:56.560] Checkout page, order bump.
[00:53:56.560 --> 00:54:01.280] So, when someone buys from you, you have an opportunity to go, Hey, you love this.
[00:54:01.280 --> 00:54:02.480] Do you also want this?
[00:54:02.800 --> 00:54:09.200] That's your first opportunity to increase your car value and to make that customer now have spent not just once with you, but a second time.
[00:54:09.200 --> 00:54:11.280] And even if you're free, order bump.
[00:54:11.280 --> 00:54:19.360] Something that they deeply care about, something micro-specific that's going to solve a very micro problem, or give them a big, like, yes, I need that.
[00:54:19.680 --> 00:54:25.760] Then, an email sequence between that thing and the next logical thing that you offer.
[00:54:25.760 --> 00:54:27.120] And when someone goes, Well, what should it be?
[00:54:27.120 --> 00:54:28.320] How much should it be?
[00:54:28.320 --> 00:54:31.240] The question is actually, what makes sense?
[00:54:29.600 --> 00:54:35.640] Because in some funnels, going from a $22 thing to a 5K thing makes total sense.
[00:54:35.960 --> 00:54:39.240] In others, it's like, actually, this to this would be the best.
[00:54:39.240 --> 00:54:42.680] I would go, what would be the next best step for your client?
[00:54:42.680 --> 00:54:49.960] So you just did an email sequence, five to seven emails that problem aware, change the lens.
[00:54:49.960 --> 00:54:58.840] Again, email marketing, most email marketing, the reason that it sucks is because we speak behind the scenes like this, and then we go to write email marketing.
[00:54:58.920 --> 00:55:01.400] We're like, to whom it may concern.
[00:55:01.400 --> 00:55:02.600] And it's dull.
[00:55:02.600 --> 00:55:05.160] And we're focused on what's included.
[00:55:05.160 --> 00:55:09.800] Here's my 75,000 bonuses and module broken down.
[00:55:09.800 --> 00:55:11.480] No one cares about that.
[00:55:11.480 --> 00:55:13.880] Your job is to think about your messaging and include.
[00:55:13.880 --> 00:55:17.000] And what's cool is you likely have your funnels right now.
[00:55:17.000 --> 00:55:21.400] I can look at someone's social media, my clients that have no funnels, I look at their top performing posts.
[00:55:21.400 --> 00:55:24.360] I'm like, email, email, email, email.
[00:55:24.360 --> 00:55:26.920] Those stories that did really well, there's your email.
[00:55:27.240 --> 00:55:31.240] You take what's working for you and we turn it into the emails.
[00:55:31.240 --> 00:55:33.800] And then it converts people into the thing.
[00:55:33.800 --> 00:55:39.800] And then you go, well, if they don't buy this thing, what else could they get that's maybe lower than that and 50% lower?
[00:55:39.800 --> 00:55:41.640] Or again, what do you have?
[00:55:41.640 --> 00:55:44.280] Like, let's position it in a way that's powerful.
[00:55:44.280 --> 00:55:46.040] Hey, you weren't quite ready for this.
[00:55:46.040 --> 00:55:47.320] How about this?
[00:55:47.320 --> 00:55:52.040] And here's the thing: I built funnels from the first thing to the second thing and I added.
[00:55:52.360 --> 00:55:55.400] You don't have to wait until you've built everything out.
[00:55:55.400 --> 00:56:00.360] Like, start testing it because the last thing you want to do is actually build out top to bottom.
[00:56:00.360 --> 00:56:01.800] It's actually better to test it.
[00:56:01.960 --> 00:56:06.760] Like, once you start having volume go in the top, if no one's converting into the middle, like you're going to have to change it anyway.
[00:56:06.720 --> 00:56:09.720] Yeah, so start simple and add.
[00:56:09.720 --> 00:56:13.240] What are all the business tools you're using behind the scenes to run everything?
[00:56:13.240 --> 00:56:14.960] So I, I again, I keep it real simple.
[00:56:14.960 --> 00:56:17.040] So, obviously, Leannai is a no-brainer.
[00:56:17.040 --> 00:56:18.880] Kajabi is a big one for me.
[00:56:14.680 --> 00:56:21.360] Many chat could not, like, many chat changed my life.
[00:56:21.840 --> 00:56:26.800] And again, if you're just sending people one message through many chat, like, that's not, it should be a funnel.
[00:56:26.800 --> 00:56:30.400] So, it should have at least seven or eight messages that keep going to people.
[00:56:30.400 --> 00:56:34.400] And that's how you continue to nurture them and you collapse time around whether they buy or not.
[00:56:34.400 --> 00:56:36.720] So, many chat, life-changing.
[00:56:36.720 --> 00:56:38.560] Zoom, couldn't live without Zoom.
[00:56:38.560 --> 00:56:41.280] But honestly, like, it's very, I keep it very simple.
[00:56:41.280 --> 00:56:45.840] You know, Kajabi for everything for my website, for my office, I record everything in Zoom.
[00:56:45.840 --> 00:56:52.800] So, really, Leannai, ManyChat, Zoom are the main, and obviously, Telegram to support my mastermind and one-on-one clients.
[00:56:52.800 --> 00:56:58.880] But honestly, the main things are really the Zoom, Kajabi, and Leon AI and ManyChat.
[00:56:58.880 --> 00:57:00.080] And how have you built your team now?
[00:57:00.080 --> 00:57:00.960] Who's on your team?
[00:57:00.960 --> 00:57:04.480] I still have a really lean team, but just like Dream Team, my Avenger team.
[00:57:04.480 --> 00:57:07.360] So, I have day-to-day-wise, an OBM.
[00:57:07.360 --> 00:57:08.800] So, June is my OBM.
[00:57:08.800 --> 00:57:17.120] I have one support coach that does lead generation and copy work, which is Kate, and she's been with me since 2021, so a long time.
[00:57:17.360 --> 00:57:22.560] Nicole does ads, so she does she runs my back-end ads, and she's amazing.
[00:57:22.800 --> 00:57:28.800] And she teaches ads inside the inner circle for me because I don't want to teach it, and I don't want to learn the back end of ads, but I can teach you the ad copy strategy.
[00:57:28.880 --> 00:57:29.920] I don't want to teach you the tech.
[00:57:29.920 --> 00:57:31.200] So, she does that.
[00:57:31.840 --> 00:57:38.160] And then I have Mella, who helps me with all my insane content, all my reels, and my insane content, which I'm very known for.
[00:57:38.160 --> 00:57:42.880] That's fellow entrepreneurs and the best human alive, and we just have so much fun.
[00:57:42.880 --> 00:57:45.120] So, we do shoots every kind of like six to eight weeks.
[00:57:45.120 --> 00:57:46.400] That's my love language.
[00:57:46.400 --> 00:57:51.360] That's what I enjoy the most, and it's a big part of my brand and what I'm kind of known for.
[00:57:51.680 --> 00:57:54.000] And then, I have, you know, Desson has worked for me.
[00:57:54.000 --> 00:57:58.320] He's in the Philippines, he's worked for me since 2020 when I launched my podcast, and he does my podcast editing still.
[00:57:58.320 --> 00:58:01.160] I love that, like, he's been a part of my world for a long time.
[00:58:01.160 --> 00:58:04.120] But, and then Alejandra, my community manager.
[00:57:59.760 --> 00:58:05.160] So, my community manager.
[00:58:05.240 --> 00:58:11.880] So, there's like there's five main kind of day-to-day team members, and then you know, a couple people that I use for other small pieces.
[00:58:11.880 --> 00:58:18.520] And I just want to reiterate again so everyone understands: you're now doing one to two million dollar months with a team of five people.
[00:58:18.520 --> 00:58:20.040] So, you all can do it too.
[00:58:20.040 --> 00:58:24.040] But it sounds like everyone needs Lean AI and we're using it, so I can tell you it's really good.
[00:58:24.360 --> 00:58:27.000] Yeah, profit, profit is it should be everyone's love language.
[00:58:27.000 --> 00:58:29.800] Your team should make sense based on how much money your business is growing in.
[00:58:29.800 --> 00:58:33.560] So, aside from Lean AI, what is your biggest business secret?
[00:58:33.560 --> 00:58:35.080] Oh, yeah, it's a tough one, right?
[00:58:35.080 --> 00:58:41.160] But I would honestly say really looking at getting curious: like, how can I not be the system?
[00:58:41.800 --> 00:58:45.080] Like, how can I make a system what's working for you?
[00:58:45.080 --> 00:58:46.840] How can you turn it into the system?
[00:58:46.840 --> 00:58:51.080] Like, simplicity and mastery are a big part of that.
[00:58:51.080 --> 00:58:57.160] Because when you actually start to look at what's working, you realize that 80% of what you're doing, you could actually stop doing.
[00:58:57.160 --> 00:59:00.040] And if you just focused on the 20%, you would make more.
[00:59:00.040 --> 00:59:06.040] So, do less, make more doing less by mastery, only doing the things that are actually moving the needle.
[00:59:06.040 --> 00:59:14.920] As in, sell the things that you're actually incredible at and sell more of that thing, not 15 different things, and replace yourself as the system.
[00:59:14.920 --> 00:59:18.520] Like, whatever that means to you, you have to find a way of replacing yourself as the system.
[00:59:18.520 --> 00:59:19.400] No, definitely.
[00:59:19.400 --> 00:59:20.920] Well, last question for you, Leanne.
[00:59:20.920 --> 00:59:23.880] And then I think we're gonna have to do this again because there's so much more to talk about.
[00:59:23.880 --> 00:59:25.480] We could probably sit here and talk for three more hours.
[00:59:25.480 --> 00:59:31.400] I don't even know what time it is right now because I'm used to not recording in person and don't have a clock.
[00:59:31.640 --> 00:59:33.320] This could have already been three hours.
[00:59:33.800 --> 00:59:35.960] What does being an entrepreneur mean to you?
[00:59:35.960 --> 00:59:44.520] You know, I think it's such a amazing question because we've, you know, we've both kind of come up in that like girl boss, female boss era.
[00:59:44.520 --> 00:59:55.600] And one of the things I love about being an entrepreneur in the entrepreneur community is it is this really beautiful approach, which is not common in the female entrepreneur space.
[00:59:55.600 --> 01:00:08.640] Like I often talk about the fact that 90% of what we're taught in the female entrepreneur space is a lie, is sold as freedom and feminine, and it actually makes women have to work harder.
[01:00:08.640 --> 01:00:17.440] So we're told that the bro marketers, it's bro marketing, don't do any of that, don't have this automations, don't do the funnels, don't run the ads, do it the feminine way.
[01:00:17.440 --> 01:00:21.520] But the actual feminine way is more masculine than what the bros are doing.
[01:00:21.520 --> 01:00:32.640] And what I love about Entrepreneurista is it's a community of powerhouse women and being an entrepreneur is you're around people that are here to do big things that are impact.
[01:00:32.720 --> 01:00:35.200] What I love about your community is you're so impact driven.
[01:00:35.200 --> 01:00:38.000] Like to your core, impact is at the heart of it.
[01:00:38.000 --> 01:00:40.960] And I think like that's why you attract such amazing people.
[01:00:40.960 --> 01:00:45.200] But moreover, it's also highly strategic conversations.
[01:00:45.200 --> 01:00:54.400] It's access to women that have done and are doing big things and opportunities that it can be really lonely running a business.
[01:00:54.400 --> 01:01:00.480] And in the entrepreneur community, you have access to some of the best people in every industry.
[01:01:00.480 --> 01:01:01.440] Like it's nuts.
[01:01:01.440 --> 01:01:05.200] When you look at the people that are inside Entrepreneur, it's a billion-dollar room.
[01:01:05.360 --> 01:01:09.120] Like, and you just walk in and it's like, let's fucking go, right?
[01:01:09.120 --> 01:01:22.000] There's this feeling of community that is, I think, a little bit lacking elsewhere, but highly real feminine business, like real feminine business, real conversations around what feminine freedom actually looks like.
[01:01:22.320 --> 01:01:24.320] And I'm so proud to be in the entrepreneursa community.
[01:01:24.320 --> 01:01:24.640] I love it.
[01:01:24.640 --> 01:01:25.520] And I love the brand.
[01:01:25.520 --> 01:01:26.400] It's just incredible.
[01:01:26.480 --> 01:01:27.920] Love having you as part of the community.
[01:01:27.920 --> 01:01:32.360] And thank you for all of your incredible work helping Entrepreneur grow.
[01:01:32.680 --> 01:01:34.920] Where can everyone find you, follow you?
[01:01:34.920 --> 01:01:44.120] And for those that are probably already just waiting for you to drop all of the links and how to get She Makes Bank and Leannai, where should they head over to do so?
[01:01:44.120 --> 01:01:47.960] And everyone, head to the show notes because everything Leanne is about to share is going to be right over for you.
[01:01:48.120 --> 01:01:53.640] Yeah, and we've created a custom, a couple custom Entrepreneursa codes for some exclusive pricing that you won't be able to get elsewhere.
[01:01:53.640 --> 01:01:56.200] So we'll obviously share that and link that in the show notes.
[01:01:56.200 --> 01:01:58.200] But Instagram is the best place to find me.
[01:01:58.200 --> 01:02:02.600] RichQueen.com is the website, and I'm the Leanne Lopez Mosley on Instagram.
[01:02:02.600 --> 01:02:03.080] Amazing.
[01:02:03.080 --> 01:02:05.160] Everyone, go ahead to the show notes right now.
[01:02:05.160 --> 01:02:09.240] Go grab our exclusive offer so you can get access to Leannai.
[01:02:09.240 --> 01:02:16.200] Leanne, thank you again for being the first in real life guest back on the Entrepreneursa podcast after four years.
[01:02:16.200 --> 01:02:19.560] I'm Stephanie and this is the best business meeting I've ever had.
[01:02:20.920 --> 01:02:30.360] Hi Entrepreneurs, it's Steph here and I hope today's episode has left you feeling inspired and with some actionable tips that you can apply to your own business.
[01:02:30.360 --> 01:02:37.720] The way we've grown our community and resources is by sharing content like this for years and asking for help along the way.
[01:02:37.720 --> 01:02:43.240] So here's where we need your help so we can continue to make as much impact as possible together.
[01:02:43.240 --> 01:02:53.000] If you can leave us a five-star review and extra credit if you share this episode on Instagram, LinkedIn, or DM it to a founder friend who would benefit from hearing it.
[01:02:53.000 --> 01:03:00.360] Not only would it mean the world to us, but you sharing this episode is going to help someone who just may need to hear what we shared today.
[01:03:00.360 --> 01:03:03.320] And you know, I love nothing more than giveaways and prizes.
[01:03:03.320 --> 01:03:10.120] So, every month I'll be giving away a one-on-one session with me to someone who has shared the episode and left a review.
[01:03:10.120 --> 01:03:12.920] So, send me a personal DM over on Instagram.
[01:03:12.920 --> 01:03:15.440] I'm at Steph Jill Carton.
[01:03:14.920 --> 01:03:17.600] Once you've done it, so you can be entered to win.
[01:03:17.840 --> 01:03:23.600] Wishing you a productive week ahead, and stay tuned for another impactful episode next week.
Prompt 6: Key Takeaways
Now please extract the key takeaways from the transcript content I provided.
Extract the most important key takeaways from this part of the conversation. Use a single sentence statement (the key takeaway) rather than milquetoast descriptions like "the hosts discuss...".
Limit the key takeaways to a maximum of 3. The key takeaways should be insightful and knowledge-additive.
IMPORTANT: Return ONLY valid JSON, no explanations or markdown. Ensure:
- All strings are properly quoted and escaped
- No trailing commas
- All braces and brackets are balanced
Format: {"key_takeaways": ["takeaway 1", "takeaway 2"]}
Prompt 7: Segments
{
"segments": [
{
"segment_title": "Topic Discussion",
"timestamp": "01:15:30",
"key_takeaway": "main point from this segment",
"segment_summary": "brief description of what was discussed"
}
]
}
Timestamp format: HH:MM:SS (e.g., 00:05:30, 01:22:45) marking the START of each segment.
Prompt 8: Media Mentions
{
"media_mentions": [
{
"title": "Exact Title as Mentioned",
"category": "Book",
"author_artist": "N/A",
"context": "Brief context of why it was mentioned",
"context_phrase": "The exact sentence or phrase where it was mentioned",
"timestamp": "estimated time like 01:15:30"
}
]
}
If no media is mentioned, return: {"media_mentions": []}

[00:00:49.840 --> 00:00:51.360] I knew productivity.
[00:00:51.360 --> 00:00:55.280] I knew I could help with goal setting and things that I found easy.
[00:01:30.720 --> 00:01:41.040] There is something that is just so great about connecting in person, in studio, and really getting to hear all of our guests' business secrets and learning lessons in person.
[00:01:41.040 --> 00:01:45.600] And you're going to want to listen to every second of this podcast.
[00:01:45.600 --> 00:01:55.520] If you want to learn the secret to making million-dollar months in your business, I am sitting down with my friend, Leanne Lopez-Mosley, founder of Rich Queen.
[00:03:17.160 --> 00:03:18.360] So we're back.
[00:03:18.360 --> 00:03:18.840] We're back.
[00:03:18.840 --> 00:03:21.160] We're officially, we just need Courtney here, but next time.
[00:03:21.160 --> 00:03:22.120] But it's so fun.
[00:03:34.360 --> 00:03:35.080] Absolutely.
[00:03:35.080 --> 00:03:48.400] Well, I also want to fill everyone in on how we actually met and know each other because, like, in such a small world, I was thinking back today, like, we initially connected either on Instagram or like on Facebook Messenger a couple years ago.
[00:03:48.400 --> 00:03:49.200] That's crazy.
[00:03:44.840 --> 00:03:51.680] And then realized that our kids were in the same class.
[00:03:51.840 --> 00:03:52.480] Yeah, no school.
[00:03:53.360 --> 00:03:57.760] Not even at the same school, like in the same class at the same school.
[00:03:57.760 --> 00:03:59.600] So, such a small world.
[00:04:26.160 --> 00:04:27.520] There's a whole backstory there.
[00:05:00.400 --> 00:05:00.960] Wow.
[00:05:23.040 --> 00:05:25.360] And I did marketing at university.
[00:06:43.160 --> 00:06:44.680] So that's when I started.
[00:07:04.280 --> 00:07:05.400] Well, that's how you start.
[00:07:05.400 --> 00:07:06.440] Everyone has to start somewhere.
[00:07:06.600 --> 00:07:07.720] Knocking on doors.
[00:07:07.720 --> 00:07:11.080] That's, hey, look, I go back to Molly's in Girl Scouts now.
[00:07:11.080 --> 00:07:11.720] She's a daisy.
[00:07:11.720 --> 00:07:12.680] I'm like, that's how you start.
[00:07:12.680 --> 00:07:13.800] That's how you learn, right?
[00:07:13.800 --> 00:07:18.960] And you get those skills and then you realize, wait, how can we actually make this just a bit more scalable?
[00:07:19.280 --> 00:07:24.960] But going back to actually leaving the corporate world, did you leave your job before you started your business?
[00:07:24.960 --> 00:07:25.440] No.
[00:07:46.560 --> 00:07:49.200] So I was very comfortable in 2020.
[00:08:05.520 --> 00:08:05.920] Wow.
[00:08:52.720 --> 00:08:53.200] Yes.
[00:09:13.080 --> 00:09:13.960] I was exhausted.
[00:09:13.960 --> 00:09:15.400] I was traveling all the time.
[00:09:24.840 --> 00:09:26.600] I was getting on six flights a week.
[00:09:26.600 --> 00:09:27.560] I was away.
[00:09:27.560 --> 00:09:29.640] I was deeply unhappy.
[00:10:07.400 --> 00:10:08.840] Like it's so hard.
[00:10:39.000 --> 00:10:39.720] So I love that.
[00:10:39.720 --> 00:10:40.360] Me too.
[00:10:56.480 --> 00:10:56.800] Okay.
[00:10:56.800 --> 00:10:58.480] Because I didn't know business coaching.
[00:10:58.480 --> 00:11:03.120] I knew business, but in the corporate world, I didn't know I was a business coach.
[00:11:03.120 --> 00:11:04.640] I knew productivity.
[00:12:12.800 --> 00:12:13.680] I love you.
[00:12:13.680 --> 00:12:15.120] Angela, I love you.
[00:12:48.280 --> 00:12:48.760] But it did.
[00:13:02.280 --> 00:13:06.040] I had a half a million dollar year from a very small audience.
[00:14:06.920 --> 00:14:07.160] Yeah.
[00:14:07.160 --> 00:14:08.760] Like, I can do this from home.
[00:14:08.760 --> 00:14:09.720] I can do a live launch.
[00:14:09.720 --> 00:14:10.840] I can wear what I want.
[00:14:10.840 --> 00:14:13.720] I was used to having to wear like black suits and white shirts.
[00:14:13.720 --> 00:14:16.240] And suddenly I'm like, I can wear like whatever I want to work.
[00:14:16.240 --> 00:14:16.720] This is great.
[00:14:14.680 --> 00:14:17.680] And it felt like freedom.
[00:14:17.680 --> 00:14:20.160] And I was earning more money than I'd earn in corporate.
[00:14:14.840 --> 00:14:20.880] It was incredible.
[00:14:20.960 --> 00:14:22.960] And I was so proud.
[00:15:43.280 --> 00:15:48.480] But in 2023, I had a $2.4 million year.
[00:15:48.800 --> 00:15:59.520] But by the time I got to like the Q4, beginning of Q4, I realized that whilst I've not, whilst I'm not doing sales calls and I'm not doing live launches, I am my sales system.
[00:15:59.520 --> 00:16:02.760] Like it's still 100% me.
[00:16:02.760 --> 00:16:09.640] The only difference is now it's Instagram stories and low-ticket paid masterclasses and launching a new program every month.
[00:16:09.640 --> 00:16:11.480] I was like, this is not a scalable business.
[00:16:11.480 --> 00:16:14.680] Like the business was still dependent on me showing up to make money.
[00:16:14.680 --> 00:16:15.480] Showing up live.
[00:16:15.480 --> 00:16:16.440] Showing up live, right?
[00:16:26.120 --> 00:16:27.080] Awesome.
[00:16:38.840 --> 00:16:40.200] I was like, you're still sacrifice.
[00:16:40.200 --> 00:16:43.720] You're still compromising because there's still, you are reliant.
[00:16:58.120 --> 00:16:59.320] That's not how it works.
[00:17:17.800 --> 00:17:20.760] I saw the bro marketers and I was like, I don't want that.
[00:17:32.040 --> 00:17:35.400] And so, that's what 2024 became around.
[00:17:54.880 --> 00:17:56.000] It's wild, right?
[00:18:18.320 --> 00:18:19.280] What were you doing?
[00:18:19.280 --> 00:18:23.120] What was happening on the back end of the business that you were actually setting up to make this happen?
[00:18:23.120 --> 00:18:23.520] Yeah.
[00:18:47.920 --> 00:18:49.600] Because I know I'm talented.
[00:18:49.600 --> 00:18:51.600] I know my work is incredible.
[00:18:51.600 --> 00:18:53.680] I get insane results.
[00:19:36.920 --> 00:19:37.960] What made me buy?
[00:19:37.960 --> 00:19:39.400] What did I care about?
[00:19:39.400 --> 00:19:48.200] And when I really started to work on the messaging, that was when suddenly I, and I had a baby, so I had 30 minutes to do stories.
[00:19:48.200 --> 00:19:50.520] It was like, you don't, you can't overthink this.
[00:19:50.520 --> 00:19:53.800] You've got to be your most intentional strategic.
[00:19:53.800 --> 00:19:59.960] And suddenly the sales started to come in a very different way and in a much more effortless way.
[00:19:59.960 --> 00:20:04.600] I also, ironically, became very detached.
[00:21:06.360 --> 00:21:06.920] We give.
[00:21:07.400 --> 00:21:08.680] We love to give it away.
[00:21:08.680 --> 00:21:09.960] We love to give.
[00:21:30.240 --> 00:21:31.520] Or this was amazing.
[00:21:31.520 --> 00:21:32.320] Thank you so much.
[00:21:32.320 --> 00:21:34.080] And you're like, why don't you buy the program?
[00:22:36.560 --> 00:22:37.520] We're connecting with them.
[00:22:37.520 --> 00:22:38.880] We're building trust.
[00:22:38.880 --> 00:22:42.160] They feel like they connect to you, that they trust you.
[00:22:42.160 --> 00:22:43.120] They're building trust.
[00:22:58.480 --> 00:23:00.840] No, and moreover, I hated tech.
[00:23:00.840 --> 00:23:02.120] So, like, despise.
[00:23:30.120 --> 00:23:31.480] Yes, better.
[00:23:31.480 --> 00:23:41.560] And so when I started to really look at, I used Kajabi and I started to think about what I was doing with automation, what I was not seeing people do, what the guys were doing.
[00:23:41.560 --> 00:23:43.640] But I'm like, you're working so goddamn hard.
[00:24:16.840 --> 00:24:17.800] I did it messy.
[00:24:17.800 --> 00:24:18.920] It was not perfect.
[00:24:18.920 --> 00:24:24.200] It was frustrating because there were certain things where I was like, I know what I want to do, but I don't know how I actually go and do it.
[00:24:24.200 --> 00:24:26.280] But I kept it just very simple.
[00:24:26.600 --> 00:24:29.720] And everything I teach, I make very simple.
[00:24:29.720 --> 00:24:31.160] I don't believe in complicated.
[00:24:42.120 --> 00:24:44.520] The same principles apply.
[00:24:44.520 --> 00:24:48.000] And it doesn't have to be some 20-step, seven-step process.
[00:25:19.760 --> 00:25:20.880] I was teaching on money.
[00:25:20.880 --> 00:25:21.680] I was teaching on sales.
[00:25:36.800 --> 00:25:40.080] I hadn't, until I've mastered something, I'm not teaching anything to anyone.

[00:27:31.400 --> 00:27:32.760] I'll see you there.
[00:27:42.600 --> 00:27:46.360] So what is the secret to success with messaging in your business?
[00:27:46.920 --> 00:27:48.520] I mean, this is a big one.
[00:27:48.520 --> 00:27:54.440] But quite honestly, the secret to success is understanding these two things.
[00:27:54.760 --> 00:27:55.960] Well, three things.
[00:27:55.960 --> 00:27:57.320] Your million-dollar client.
[00:28:15.680 --> 00:28:17.680] I talk about the fact that you're earning money.
[00:28:30.960 --> 00:28:33.200] Like, let's replace you as a sales system.
[00:28:33.200 --> 00:28:35.600] I never am like, you're at 50K months, you're at 30K months.
[00:29:47.520 --> 00:29:48.560] Guess who you're speaking to?
[00:29:48.560 --> 00:29:50.240] Someone that's getting no clients.
[00:29:50.240 --> 00:29:51.200] They're not going to work with you.
[00:29:51.440 --> 00:29:53.360] Or if they do, they're going to do it from a plate.
[00:29:53.360 --> 00:29:54.040] They're going to have objection.
[00:29:54.280 --> 00:29:55.840] Desperation, desperation.
[00:29:55.840 --> 00:29:57.600] How quickly will I get a result?
[00:29:57.600 --> 00:29:58.960] And I really started to notice.
[00:30:15.960 --> 00:30:17.400] That's your million-dollar client.
[00:30:17.400 --> 00:30:22.040] Now, the second piece of that is you have to know what their highest value problems are.
[00:30:22.040 --> 00:30:24.040] We're told that people buy the result.
[00:30:24.040 --> 00:30:24.520] They don't.
[00:30:24.520 --> 00:30:26.840] People in lack and scarcity buy results.
[00:30:26.840 --> 00:30:30.760] They want a result in the next five minutes, lose 50 pounds in the next five days, right?
[00:30:30.760 --> 00:30:32.680] They want a fast result.
[00:31:25.000 --> 00:31:25.960] They don't.
[00:32:32.720 --> 00:32:35.440] It's so insanely powerful.
[00:33:06.480 --> 00:33:07.520] So interesting.
[00:33:36.600 --> 00:33:37.640] Yes, no, I love that.
[00:33:37.640 --> 00:33:42.600] Okay, so if you had to start your business over today, what would you do differently?
[00:33:42.600 --> 00:33:43.640] That's a great question.
[00:34:01.400 --> 00:34:02.840] And I set a lot of money on fire.
[00:34:02.840 --> 00:34:05.080] So I had a bit of ads PTSD.
[00:34:34.840 --> 00:34:38.280] I mean, I was doing like 2.4 million from 10,000 followers, right?
[00:34:38.440 --> 00:34:39.640] Just organically on Instagram.
[00:35:35.920 --> 00:35:37.280] I'm all for it, right?
[00:35:37.280 --> 00:35:38.720] Like, do you?
[00:36:09.520 --> 00:36:10.080] It's so hard.
[00:36:10.080 --> 00:36:10.960] I feel the same way.
[00:36:24.080 --> 00:36:24.880] I mean, I agree too.
[00:36:38.720 --> 00:36:39.680] That's what ads do.
[00:36:52.440 --> 00:36:53.200] Coming up.

[00:38:29.960 --> 00:38:32.040] I cannot wait to meet you.
[00:38:33.000 --> 00:38:34.120] So let's talk about that.
[00:38:34.120 --> 00:38:35.880] Let's talk about Leanne AI.
[00:38:49.200 --> 00:38:53.040] But what's crazy about that is I was so anti-AI.
[00:39:10.320 --> 00:39:12.480] And I was very much like, I'm not, I don't need help with messaging.
[00:39:12.480 --> 00:39:14.000] So there's no way I'm using that.
[00:39:14.000 --> 00:39:19.920] Now, again, Justin was like, you should, you should use AI and train it to be like you.
[00:39:19.920 --> 00:39:21.120] And then it would be able to help you.
[00:39:23.360 --> 00:39:25.440] Scaling amplifies everything.
[00:39:25.440 --> 00:39:32.320] So last year in 2024, it was incredible because suddenly I was doing a million dollar months.
[00:39:32.320 --> 00:39:34.880] I went from doing a 500K month in January.
[00:39:34.880 --> 00:39:36.480] By April, I was doing a million dollar months.
[00:39:36.480 --> 00:39:38.160] I turned on ads in February.
[00:39:38.160 --> 00:39:42.000] Things very, you know, I went from a $2.4 million year to an $11 million year.
[00:39:42.000 --> 00:39:43.680] Like that is a big jump.
[00:39:43.680 --> 00:39:44.400] It's very big.
[00:39:44.400 --> 00:39:45.680] A very big, a very big job.
[00:39:45.840 --> 00:39:47.120] And especially in the online space.
[00:39:47.120 --> 00:39:47.520] Correct.
[00:39:47.520 --> 00:39:52.400] With no sales team, with a very small team and a very, like a very lean business.
[00:39:52.400 --> 00:39:54.160] Profitability is my love language.
[00:39:54.160 --> 00:39:54.720] No, that's a whole lot.
[00:39:54.800 --> 00:39:55.360] It should be everyone that's.
[00:39:55.440 --> 00:39:57.600] That's a whole other podcast episode.
[00:40:29.840 --> 00:40:36.920] They wanted my brain.
[00:40:37.240 --> 00:40:38.920] And there's one of me.
[00:41:14.200 --> 00:41:15.720] And it's making me feel resentful.
[00:41:52.920 --> 00:41:53.960] And it was fun.
[00:41:53.960 --> 00:41:55.400] It was so fun.
[00:43:11.120 --> 00:43:12.000] It's like trans.
[00:43:12.000 --> 00:43:14.080] And she's, she's bilingual.
[00:43:26.240 --> 00:43:26.960] I'm like, huh?
[00:43:26.960 --> 00:43:29.040] And we realized she's, of course, it's AI.
[00:43:29.040 --> 00:43:30.320] She's bilingual.
[00:43:30.320 --> 00:43:32.960] So she's better than me because she speaks every language.
[00:43:32.960 --> 00:43:33.280] Wow.
[00:43:33.280 --> 00:43:34.240] And she's faster.
[00:43:34.240 --> 00:43:38.000] And I know we have several entrepreneurs in our community that are using this right now, like Berkeley.
[00:43:38.000 --> 00:43:39.680] And she's texting me like, this thing is so good.
[00:43:39.680 --> 00:43:40.240] This is amazing.
[00:43:40.400 --> 00:43:41.200] You have to get it.
[00:43:41.200 --> 00:43:42.960] When Berkeley started, started using it.
[00:43:42.960 --> 00:43:44.080] She was texting me every day.
[00:43:44.080 --> 00:43:45.200] Like, I love you.
[00:43:46.160 --> 00:43:46.880] She's like, I love you.
[00:44:19.720 --> 00:44:20.840] Like, what is life?
[00:44:58.200 --> 00:45:01.160] Like I've had women be like, I just wrote a month's worth of content.
[00:45:08.760 --> 00:45:11.080] And that's better than any $2 million month.
[00:45:11.080 --> 00:45:12.600] No, it's the best ever.
[00:45:12.600 --> 00:45:17.320] Just being able to help women build businesses, make more money, have freedom.
[00:45:17.320 --> 00:45:18.520] Yeah, support each other.
[00:45:30.600 --> 00:45:32.280] We are world changers.
[00:45:44.920 --> 00:45:49.680] And you're like, ah.
[00:45:50.000 --> 00:45:54.720] But if you actually talk in your messaging, like the way I talk about myself, I believe it.
[00:45:54.720 --> 00:45:56.240] It's not just nice things I say.
[00:45:56.240 --> 00:45:58.720] That's from somebody that had cripplingly low self-worth.
[00:46:09.280 --> 00:46:09.600] Right?
[00:46:09.600 --> 00:46:11.600] It's like, that's not, that's not what we're here to do.
[00:46:11.840 --> 00:46:13.600] You're here to change the world.
[00:46:42.880 --> 00:46:44.000] No, it's incredible.
[00:47:29.520 --> 00:47:30.280] I don't, right?
[00:47:30.280 --> 00:47:30.920] This is the truth.
[00:48:25.480 --> 00:48:26.520] And then I had to trust.
[00:48:26.520 --> 00:48:28.120] Like, that's been a huge thing.
[00:48:28.120 --> 00:48:31.640] And I think, again, we struggle with this where we want to do everything ourselves.
[00:48:31.640 --> 00:48:33.080] I couldn't do this myself.
[00:48:33.080 --> 00:48:35.720] I had to trust if I give you my work.
[00:48:35.720 --> 00:48:36.920] And that was, that's the difference.
[00:48:54.200 --> 00:48:54.440] It works.
[00:48:54.440 --> 00:48:56.120] It's worked for thousands of women.
[00:49:18.160 --> 00:49:18.800] A month.
[00:49:18.800 --> 00:49:19.840] It's amazing.
[00:49:19.840 --> 00:49:22.720] And then how long from the time it was built to when you launched in beta?
[00:49:22.720 --> 00:49:26.480] So, what was cool is I used it behind the scenes first to optimize my own funnels.
[00:49:26.480 --> 00:49:27.040] Okay.
[00:49:27.040 --> 00:49:31.600] And it was the first, I had a 500K week when I used her.
[00:49:31.920 --> 00:49:32.960] I used her.
[00:49:43.840 --> 00:49:45.120] Like I do and I and I don't.
[00:49:45.680 --> 00:49:47.760] I can't keep being this person for everyone.
[00:49:47.760 --> 00:49:49.360] I felt very anxious.
[00:49:49.360 --> 00:49:50.560] It's so much pressure, right?
[00:49:50.560 --> 00:49:51.040] So much pressure.
[00:49:51.280 --> 00:49:52.320] Thousands of people relying on you.
[00:49:52.960 --> 00:49:57.440] Listen, it's very difficult to go online or in your communities and be like, I am having a really tough time.
[00:49:57.440 --> 00:49:58.720] It's like you're doing a million dollars a month.
[00:49:58.720 --> 00:49:59.840] What do you have to complain about?
[00:49:59.840 --> 00:50:00.240] Stop.
[00:50:00.240 --> 00:50:01.760] So then hire more support.
[00:50:02.720 --> 00:50:05.360] But I was really struggling.
[00:50:13.360 --> 00:50:16.400] I did 750K in October and I posted five times.
[00:50:16.400 --> 00:50:25.520] So I know my funnels work, but I didn't show up because I'm someone that I can't show up and give a narrative about freedom when I internally feel like I'm dying.
[00:50:25.520 --> 00:50:26.880] Like I don't feel free internally.
[00:50:26.880 --> 00:50:28.640] I can't show up and talk to you about freedom.
[00:50:28.640 --> 00:50:31.920] If I'm not walking my talk, you will not find me showing up and talking about it.
[00:50:31.920 --> 00:50:32.800] And I took a pause.
[00:50:32.800 --> 00:50:34.240] I took a breath.
[00:50:47.920 --> 00:50:49.040] It's crazy.
[00:50:49.040 --> 00:50:51.760] Then I had a $2 million month.
[00:50:51.760 --> 00:50:53.200] Like I hit a 500K week.
[00:50:53.200 --> 00:50:55.360] I was like, that's great, but I might not sustain it.
[00:50:55.360 --> 00:50:56.400] And I'm fine if I don't.
[00:50:56.400 --> 00:50:58.320] And it was like 500K, 547.
[00:50:58.800 --> 00:50:59.440] And it held.
[00:50:59.440 --> 00:51:01.160] And I started using her for everything.
[00:51:01.160 --> 00:51:04.760] I optimized my funnels and I have high conversion.
[00:51:04.760 --> 00:51:07.080] And my conversion immediately increased.
[00:51:07.080 --> 00:51:11.720] So you're using her for your email marketing, your social, Instagram stories.
[00:51:11.720 --> 00:51:12.680] It's so fun.
[00:51:12.680 --> 00:51:19.240] Like she gives me, because I just brain, I riff my like, like this is what I think and this is how I feel.
[00:51:19.240 --> 00:51:22.120] Some of my highest performing content recently is Leon.
[00:51:22.120 --> 00:51:24.040] Again, it's me riffing to her.
[00:51:24.040 --> 00:51:29.160] So you're going to say like, I was on the Entrepreneurship Podcast today and this is what happened, but I want to turn this into a way to sell.
[00:51:29.400 --> 00:51:30.120] This is what we talked about.
[00:51:30.120 --> 00:51:30.920] Like, da-da-da-da-da.
[00:51:31.000 --> 00:51:33.160] Like, what do you, like, what would you reflect back to me around that?
[00:51:33.160 --> 00:51:34.760] What would be a great post from this?
[00:51:34.760 --> 00:51:39.080] And it's, it's so amazing because you're able to, I'm using her.
[00:51:39.080 --> 00:51:40.680] It's not just something I created to sell.
[00:51:40.680 --> 00:51:43.640] I'm like, she is the reason I'm doing $2 million months.
[00:51:43.640 --> 00:51:46.280] And I'm working less than I've ever worked.
[00:52:13.880 --> 00:52:15.560] Like, this is, she's better.
[00:53:29.040 --> 00:53:30.400] And it's super simple, right?
[00:53:43.200 --> 00:53:46.160] If it's a low-ticket paid, I would just say a checkout page.
[00:53:46.160 --> 00:53:53.600] So, for me, checkout pages perform far more highly, especially with ads, for an under $50 offer.
[00:53:53.920 --> 00:53:56.560] Checkout page, order bump.
[00:55:01.400 --> 00:55:02.600] And it's dull.
[00:55:02.600 --> 00:55:05.160] And we're focused on what's included.
[00:55:05.160 --> 00:55:09.800] Here's my 75,000 bonuses and module broken down.
[00:55:21.400 --> 00:55:24.360] I'm like, email, email, email, email.
[00:55:41.640 --> 00:55:44.280] Like, let's position it in a way that's powerful.
[00:55:44.280 --> 00:55:46.040] Hey, you weren't quite ready for this.
[00:55:46.040 --> 00:55:47.320] How about this?
[00:56:00.360 --> 00:56:01.800] It's actually better to test it.
[00:56:13.240 --> 00:56:14.960] So I, I again, I keep it real simple.
[00:56:14.960 --> 00:56:17.040] So, obviously, Leannai is a no-brainer.
[00:56:34.400 --> 00:56:36.720] So, many chat, life-changing.
[00:56:36.720 --> 00:56:38.560] Zoom, couldn't live without Zoom.
[00:57:00.080 --> 00:57:00.960] Who's on your team?
[00:57:00.960 --> 00:57:04.480] I still have a really lean team, but just like Dream Team, my Avenger team.
[00:57:04.480 --> 00:57:07.360] So, I have day-to-day-wise, an OBM.
[00:57:28.880 --> 00:57:29.920] I don't want to teach you the tech.
[00:57:29.920 --> 00:57:31.200] So, she does that.
[00:57:45.120 --> 00:57:46.400] That's my love language.
[00:57:59.760 --> 00:58:05.160] So, my community manager.
[00:58:33.560 --> 00:58:35.080] Oh, yeah, it's a tough one, right?
[00:58:35.080 --> 00:58:41.160] But I would honestly say really looking at getting curious: like, how can I not be the system?
[00:58:41.800 --> 00:58:45.080] Like, how can I make a system what's working for you?
[00:59:18.520 --> 00:59:19.400] No, definitely.
[01:01:00.480 --> 01:01:01.440] Like it's nuts.
[01:01:24.320 --> 01:01:24.640] I love it.
[01:01:24.640 --> 01:01:25.520] And I love the brand.
[01:01:25.520 --> 01:01:26.400] It's just incredible.
