[00:58:02.600 --> 00:58:21.800] And I think for me, and I think increasingly like for the population at large, it's this sort of psychedelic revolution around psychedelic therapy is part of the answer to helping people to let go of the idea of separateness and let go of the idea that they have to meet life with fear or that they are stuck.
[00:58:21.800 --> 00:58:30.040] And I think I wish everybody could, I mean, I wish I could literally just take a giant bunch of mushrooms or LSD and put it in the water in contrast.

[00:58:31.880 --> 00:58:43.960] So there, one way to think about it is: I read this book a long time ago, which it was a real simple little 50-page book, and it basically said The Lazy Man's Light Guide to Enlightenment.
